Vizima hotel good 👍

The hotel was extremely unhygienic. The rooms had a terrible smell and no air freshener was provided. The TV was not working, and the AC was leaking water which flooded the floor. Despite this, no staff came to clean it. The breakfast was not from the hotel kitchen but brought from an outside street vendor – the puri sabzi was the worst I’ve ever had, tea is not included in breakfast. The AC remote didn’t work, so the AC had to be switched on and off directly from the MCB. The fan was slow and its regulator was broken. In simple words – this hotel is absolutely not worth it.

Very Bad experience with Itsy Vizima. Room was not clean. AC was not working.

They not even provided me breakfast. I stay there 3 nights not a single day they clean room. I bathroom gyeser is not working. They not provide any room sleeper as well. And there is no food facility in hotel in my payment breakfast included they not even provide me breakfast

booked it last minute in their top room. Picture showed them in really good condition and they would have been same during launch. Now everything looks rusty there like comod, washbasin, accumulated dust and mosquitoes. 2nd day water stopped while I was taking bath and restarted with slow flow after 5-10mins. Breakfast they order from outside while I had nice Paratha with milky water curd and very bad coffee.

The place was extremely poorly maintained. They didn't even have towels to give us. The ones that they gave were damp and had multiple holes in it. The windows open to the kitchen area which is not kept properly. There was a hair found in breakfast paratha. Had to go beg for a bottle of water 4 times at 10pm at night. The manager would just not stop looking at his phone. Overall a very bad experience, I suggest find better place to stay. The only good part about this place is that it is located next to a mall and the blue metro.
