IndiaIt was a family stay in the hotel, we came from 1800 km away ro enjoy but stay was horrible during night. All the night room bugs sound is coming, bed bugs didn't allow us to sleep. Even after taking them they didn't clean it properly. Bathroom tap was leaking. Wall paint is falling in the room. Ac stop late evening, after asking them they said nothing can be done this time. We had to stay restlessly even after paying in advance.

IndiaThe way other guests stared at us and made us feel uncomfortable but the staffs couldn’t do anything about it.
The rooms were excellent with 4 ACs and 3 TVs for a 2 BHK. Swimming pool was not that clean so didn’t feel like using it. The staffs were really good but other occupants were really staring at us the whole time and made us felt uncomfortable the whole time.

IndiaReasons are as follows: 1)Major construction work was going on inside property, therefore very noisy. dust, not clean. not suitable to stay during such times. 2)No proper lock on main door, unable close the door, even screws of the door was not fixed properly, therefore while closing the door handle was shaking and even got partially came out while closing/opening the door. 3)No seat cover in the toilet. 4)No lock ,hook in toilet ventilation, very unsafe. 5)No storage place, wardrobe available inside the room. 6)AC was not working, smoke was throwing out from AC,finally no cooling etc. 7)No hot water facility during morning time 8)Staff was not cooperative.rude behavior. Even they asked us to vacate the room late night if don't like or complaint about such issues. 9)Not suitable to stay with family if there is no improvement in staffs behaviour. 10)All furniture are very poor quality. not maintained properly. Note:I would put blame on booking.com/ fabhotels, because it is your responsibility to verify property before you host thru booking.com site for public. Hope you will take it seriously.
Property external view is good.No other things can be shared for like, majority is dislike. Breakfast was good.
