Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The booking including breakfast . When you actually see there is no buffet breakfast 😤. They ask for coffe or tea post which they say we have only bread and omelet that too one bread into two triangle pc wrap with one egg omelet , very very disappointed

As the building was under renovation, it felt unsafe. They should have let the travellers know in advance that they are doing renovation.

The morning was quite the opposite. At the reception, there was no one still by 7:45am so I went looking for someone. I found the restaurant staff preparing who, woke up a guy sleeping by the door. I told them that I need to check out, and the told me "not possible before 8am" and went back to sleep. So I waited by reception until after 8, and then went back and had to wake them up again (I am not sure if they are reception or security or what). Of course in that situation it meant the promise of an organized breakfast wasnt there. In the end I made it through security just as the plane was boarding, if I didnt push to be able to pay so I could go, I could have missed the flight. So staying here if you have a morning flight could be a risk if they dont improve morning staffing. Otherwise if you dont need to be out by 8, its probably fine.
The afternoon/evening staff were good and on top of things, meals whilst more than I paid most places were good, the room was nice, and it was one of the more comfortable beds I have slept in. Wifi worked fine as did AC and hot shower. I talked to the staff and they agreed to catch my morning flight I would need to leave by 8am, and because the restaurant wouldnt be open by then they would organise a breakfast to go to be ready for me. They told me reception would be open at 7am.

There was no lift facility. The overall ambience is very bad. Even Bathroom is worst. Breakfast is very bad. They have limited breakfast which was not mentioned in their list. Overall bad experience. Would not like to stay next time

Staff Behavior, Prompt Service, Over all clean and cozy room. The restaurant is well decorated. As an interior designer appreciating the styling and decor. Most importantly we are very happy with the service and cooperation of Mr. Dutta.(At reception). will surely visit again.
