The hotel's modern architecture and sleek design made a great first impression, and the staff's warm welcome for a comfortable stay. *Room Details:* The room I was assigned was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king-sized bed and overlooking the city. The amenities were top-notch,. However, I did find the room's Wi-Fi connectivity to be a very fast at times. *Service Quality:* The staff at the Dona Castle were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with everything from booking a local tour to recommending the best restaurants in the area. The front desk team were particularly efficient and courteous, handling my check-in and check-out with ease.I appreciate. *Amenities:* The hotel's amenities were impressive., and a 24-hour room service menu. The breakfast buffet was decent. *Location:* The hotel's location in downtown Kollam was excellent, with plenty of local attractions and restaurants within walking distance. One of the best hotels near the kollam beach and city. Closet to bus terminal and railway station too. And the room was pretty cool with good atmosphere, ambience and it was very clean. Maintenance of the room is perfect. Staff were decent and guest friendly, polite behaviour. I enjoyed the stay there. I suggest Dona Castle best hotels in kollam

Smelly room, smelly bathroom, bed linen not clean. Uncooked rice, curd came in with a free flies as accomplishment! Extremely salty roti n dal. Not enough plates to eat the dinner. Fresh lime soda had no fizz left. Food ordered at 9.45 came in at 10.40pm

Well I'm at loss of words to express my horrible experience at this place. There is absolutely nothing I liked during the stay. Smelly room, smelly bathroom, bed linen not clean.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The receptionist was extremely rude and full of himself, as if he was doing us a favor by speaking. No greetings, no explanation — he just threw out words like “passport” or “payment” with a condescending attitude. Zero professionalism. The room was filthy: dirty walls, stained towels, dusty mirror, and a grimy glass tray. It looked like no one had cleaned it properly in weeks. And to top it all off, we only got one towel for two people. Seriously? The price is a complete joke for what you get. It should be less than half of what they’re charging. The only thing that worked properly was the air conditioning — and honestly, that’s the bare minimum you’d expect. Do yourself a favor: don’t book this place.

The blankets on the bed was torn and looked not fresh. The windows could not be locked which posed a threat to our safety. Some of us could not sleep due to this. The phone in the room was not working. Towels and soap was not provided in one of the rooms. Did not give breakfast even though it was part of the scheme.

The location of the rooms was fine. The behaviour of the supporting staff was ok.

Stinky room, urine smell in the toilet. Bed sheets and towels not washed or old stuffs. There is no drinking water in the room. Over all not worth money..worst stay ever. Booking.com please don't recommend this hotel to anyone else..

Some facilities could be improved. There was no kettle available. The room's window lock was not working so a bit of a safety concern.

The location was really good. Room and bathroom were clean and decently spacious.
