Located near actual desert though it was located little inside. The staffs were very responsive , kind and attentive. We reached at 1am and the staffs received us warmly. The breakfast lunch and dinner was very tasty and hot food was served. It was freshly made and my child also ate well. The tent was big enough and spacious.

Rides which were not part of our package were not that great and expensive compared to the experience we expected. Camel ride is a scam. Don’t go for it. They charged 400 for hardly 250 mtrs. Would not take you into the dune. Jeep safari was also not that great. Driver dropped us into one of the dune and vanished. We were hoping get some photos clicked with our THAR but couldn’t. Also, I would suggest the owner to have one more water tank as a backup to make sure water supply is not broken which happened during night.

The location of the property is great. It has one of the small dune in walking distance. Great value for money stay. Staff is amazing. Yash, the manager was very responsive and accommodating. Madan , one of the staff member was so nice to help us with everything we needed within minutes of any request.

We had a little bit of difficulty reaching the place as the sign boards nearby do not mention the property as 'Tripli hotels Stay Inn' so look for sign boards with only 'Stay Inn' written on them. You only get hot water in the morning. We went in the first week of February and it was a little bit cold around that time so if you have come after safari and you are willing to take a bath you will have to settle for the cold water only. Also there are no room heaters and nights are quite cold in the desert so one should be duly prepared.

The location of this stay is a little away from other tent stays in Sam dunes, which was good. Also, we went there for our first anniversary so on our insistence they made a little arrangement for a separate dinner within a very negotiable price. The tents were quite spacious and the bathrooms were in a good condition as well. The food tasted average. They had served authentic Rajasthani vegetarian food in the night and for the breakfast we got puri with aloo ki sabzi and poha. We really enjoyed the cultural performances. The artists who performed were very talented and they also kept the audience engaged.

To be honest, I couldn’t find any complaint.

Definitely the service. Everything was great. The tents were spacious and clean. The food was amazing. But most importantly, the staff was very courteous. They were polite and helped us with all our inquiries and requests. I would definitely recommend this stay.

The directions to the Camp with both brand names of Tripli and CAMP name should be better put up as private vehicles would find it hard to reach the location. The camp was being setup as we reached and we had a pre diwali days holiday. So this could be improved. Music system was too loud and spoilt the natural voice and instruments effect.

Good value for the price with Great Location ,secluded but accessible to the desert. Very good folk music and Reasonable Camel Ride and Jeep Ride. Snacks, Food were appreciated by all in family. The Entertainment and Folk Music was excellent and engaging.

The location of the resort is a little off road and is in the interiors, but its worth the effort.

Had a great experience at Stay Inn Resort, Jaisalmer. The staff was extremely polite, enthusiastic and always eager to cater and help. The check-in was seamless. The Manager coordinated over phone calls from time to time even before the day of the stay to confirm booking and enquire for any special needs. The tent rooms were spacious with attached bathroom and toilet. There was charging plug but no wifi although there is good network and data connectivity within the premises. The camel ride and jeep safari is arranged for the guests around early evening which is chargeable as per preference. We did the camel ride which takes you to the sand dunes to watch the sunset which is breathtaking and was value for money, and then back to the tent. Stay Inn resorts arranged a beautiful Rajasthani folk program for the guests in the evening. The program was spectacular and very memorable followed by bonfire and the floor was kept open for the guests to dance later. Dinner and breakfast the next day was buffet. The food was simple.
