Hospitality in day is awesome however night people were hopeless. Connecting road is okok

While booking, it was breakfast included, however night staff said that there is no free breakfast served free. They provided early check in 10:30 on request.

People at reception are not at all helpful. Very arrogant and ignorant. We have also seen some other families struggling at the reception. No room service at all, they will never pick your call and if you ask why no one is responding at reception, they reply that "we don't find it important to pick your call". No restaurant service even though they have a restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast was included in my booking for which I had already paid, but the hotel refused to provide the food and also did not refund.

Room is big enough and clean. Location is around 1.5 km from the main Sai Baba Temple. The surrounding area is calm and you can get auto rickshaw for the market and temple area. Overall good.

there was no power, when we checked in around 1 PM and they didn’t turned on Generator. we kept our luggage and left for Darshan and came back around 4 PM, still no power and not turned on Generator. after a heated discussion only they turned it on. No hot water in afternoon. Requested for 1 bucket for baby bath, still they haven’t provide. not friendly staff

The rate showed in booking.com and the rate that the hotel quoted once we reached the place are different. I had to pay the rate the hotel quoted as I was with family and last minute did not want to move places. Booking.com needs to have strict guidelines with hotels who charge more than the rate that is booked from booking.com. The hotel bluntly refused to give the room at the rate that was booked from booking.com

We had reservation for two rooms but they did not keep our rooms. We called and confirmed before arrival but they canceled it and told us to find room somewhere. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Put us in jam and had to travel to Nashik for room.
