NetherlandsThis reservation was done by me for my parents. The booking clearly mentioned payment to be made at the property. They consistently ( infact everyday) sent whatsapp messages and emails to pay the full or partial amount else they would cancel the reservation. Due to the delay in train arrival my parents arrived an hour or so late at the property. They cancelled the reservation from Booking.com. They also do not have information that the reservation was made by me but the Guest name was clearly defined as my fathers. There is no rickshaw or taxi easily available from the property.

IndiaThe room was quite small and lacked a window, which led to a damp smell inside. It required significant improvement in cleanliness, and the overall ambiance could have been much better.
We traveled to Mumbai for our US visa biometric appointment at the VAC. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's convenient location, just a short distance from the VAC. Additionally, the hotel featured a reasonably good vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor, and the staff were exceptionally cordial and helpful.

IndiaThe reception place was very small.The outside ambience was very shady.There were hawks like auto drivers and cab drivers pestering as soon as you get out.The corridors to reach the room looked deserted and dirty.The bedsheets and towels had dirty stains.The "breakfast included" meant room service of coffee/tea with one single item poha/upma/sandwich.There were no sachets of coffee/tea/milk powder.There were no good vegetarian restaurants outside.
