Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaHe said OYO has not purchased us by booking our room and we are not their servant. So overall his behavior was not professional, and we did not liked that at al. AC was not working in room. we comlpaint him after 30 minute. But he said the AC doesn't cool immediately, as if we have never used the AC. Toilet were very dirty, towel he gave very kind of used one and Bed sheets on bed were dirty and smelly. Also I tried calling OYO Customer service from his counter 3 times, but the call did not went through. One time I could able to speak to the customer representative Mr. Lokesh, but he said he will check and revert and then call gets disconnected.
When we reached the Hotel, the property Manager was not allowing us to Board. He was telling, you are late, and you have paid half price that does not mean we are bound to provide you the room. So, he has allotted us the worst room available with him, even though he has many good rooms which were free. We told him that we are here only for 2 hours just to get fresh and ready. But still, he did not give us the toiletry and other required thing. We paid Rs. 500/- for one extra person with us only for 2 hours. He gave the Received for 500/- for that extra person, but he did not give the receipt of Balance amount of Rs. 930/- which we paid him inline. He said OYO will give you the receipt.
