Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

While booking I used booking.com and price for two nights was 970 and it was told payment directly cash when u reached the property he charged me 1700 for two nights. It was late evening to look for another property

No response...no customer care. Unable to find the hotel ,after reaching they said no booking done. Pathetic services booking.com. I'll not use this again 😞

The cost was mentioned around Rs.500 when I booked. After booking, I went to the property. They said the cost is now Rs.1800 if I want the room. When confronted, they gave excuse that the price on Booking.com is not updated. This is a clear strategy to lure customers with low cost and then charge them higher when they come to the property. This is blatant cheating. Properties like this should be banned from Booking.com. It hurts the credibility of Booking.com

The property was really bad for starters as soon as I checked it the owner demanded me to pay extra Rs2000/- cause the amount should in the was incorrect according to them when I rejected them they told me to leave or they’ll give me a non AC room later after some discussion they did give the room and by the way the are hella rude they don’t care even if you are customer and told me to leave the room in early hours, no hot water, the bed sheets have never been changed there was hair on the bed sheets and BEDBUGS a lot of them which was a cherry on top of all. I’d rather stay in a railway dormitory cause that’s is clear and in no sense it is hotel worth pay 2000 bucks the worst stay ever.

We have booked the room with full payment done. But when we arrived, they asked us for additional 6k. We connected with the OYO customer care and Mr. Arjun from OYO customer service tried to help us. He called the staff and the property owner, but no one picked up the call. We tried to pass our mobile phone to the staff present there, but they refused to take the call. Finally we had to give the extra amount to stay as the next stay OYO offered was 7kms away. It was really horrible experience.

Staff behaviour was not good, staff asking extra money forcefully, they said which you book form online rate that is only for your room booking confirmation, extra 1000rs you have to pay then will give room.

Don't visit this place... Because the online booking charge is 485.... But after reaching that room... They are asking additional 1000 rs.... We are booking 485 but they are asking for pay that property 1400 is very poor quality service but maximum amount off online booking amount is 900 to show me
