IndiaI had so many things to mention the bedsheet was not clean , the hotel was saying do not book directly through booking.com it was showing showing lesser price where our charge is high i have paid the amount which was mentioned in the booking , the ac was direct operated by staff as no remote in the room it was way too hard to call everytime the fan was so noisy multiple wifi was there in the property nothing was getting connected worst facilities so disappointed and my check out was 11 o clock the staff knocked on the door and mentioned it was 10 o clock so again we told them that as per our confirmation it is 11 so I don't know know what was good about the property not satisfied at all

IndiaWhen I reached the reception his first question was how much did you pay for the room? "Online the room tariff is showing low" said the receptionist. After an 11 hour journey I was exhausted and didn't want to argue with them, I just paid what he said. following are the things which I faced during my stay 1. The bed was broken & makes noise. 2. The fan was bad and makes terrible sound. 3. Unprofessional Staff. 4. Dirty water comes from the tap. 5. Suffocated room.

Show a different thing and provide with u a different thing So plz just avoid book online As I am coming for a business meet with ma family I am scared as they said u have charged this amount buut I already said that I already book a room for ful night in that amount but they said u have to charge for a room for particular hours I also a banker and at that time I don't have any option so I have to book the room to charge 300 Rs extra with my family as I don't have any other option...but plz guys it's ma suggestions to all of u that don't book a room from them as they show a different amount and hotel staff with play with ur majboori

IndiaThey refused the booking at night. And said if you need the room you need to pay 700 more of your booking amount. Then only we can gave you the room. It was very difficult to make another booking at night 11.30 pm. Useless hotel and staff. Making fool of people. Would advice to remove such hotels from booking. Com so that they cannot cheat the customer
