The receptionist said "sir you have to pay extra for early checkin otherwise you come at 12pm". Then I asked for breakfast and they denied. They said Breakfast is not available for you.

United KingdomIt was a nightmare. Straight out of a horror movie type. Dirty would be an understatement. We landed at Mumbai airport at 2 am in night after immigration and getting the taxi we reached the hotel at approximately 4 am. The hotel is situated in a very narrow road. This was just the starting. The lobby was a mess. Looked like slum. When we saw the room we were shocked my daughter didn’t wanted to stay there for one minute. Lots of spiders, mosquitoes it was soooo dirty and disgusting but we had no choice at that point of hour as the taxi had also left. Also it was not a double bed as shown in the booking it were two extremely dirty single beds. We decided to stay there couple of hours and move to the next hotel in the morning. But as soon as we were trying to somehow sleep in all this mess. We heard a sound and to our surprise it was a mighty big RAT eating our crossiant we had from the airport. We could not sleep the rest of the night and left first thing in morning. The hotel is NOTHING as shown in pics. This needs to be investigated please. No other family should have to go through what we went through
