Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sheets were not clean, The room we booked was totally different from what we saw when booking. Housekeeping didn't happen on the second day of the trip, Only one towel provided even though we had mentioned there will be 2 people staying. It had mentioned the room has a view but it has nothing of that sort. The window was covered by a huge wardrobe, which had no shelves either so totally an unnecessary hindrance. Overall it's a very budget hotel but definitely not value for money. If you are spending around a thousand rupees it would be a better fit, otherwise I'd suggest to book a better hotel. If you are looking for a hot shower you would be disappointed because it only has hot water in the tap. On the cleanliness side, I noticed many issues. The doormat outside the toilet was pretty filthy and hence could not be used. Housekeeping wasn't done on the second day of our 2 day stay. The bedsheets and blanket looked very unclean and had visible stains from god knows when. The included breakfast was satisfactory.
The location is close to the padmanabha swamy temple. Polite staff greeted us nicely at the reception. No issues on that front, but I would have liked a better management after the warm welcome.

Claustrophobia trigger: The room was about 70-80 sqft. No 24/7 warm water facility, bad during rainy season No lift and no help to carry the luggage No luggage cloak room system after checkout for few hours No wifi available, which was mentioned in the bookings.com hotel webpage Most importantly the space was there biggest concern for us. They wanted us to sit on bed and use the sink (that close). Step out of restroom and jump into bed to dry ourselves off. The cupboard was behind a wall stuck table, marking it useless as one can't open it. We were literally moving in circles in same spot to pack/unpack, dress/undress. And the price we paid ~1.7 k for this room.
The room was clean. They provided us with a check in an hour before the scheduled time.The location is good enough.

We didn’t like anything about this place. Even though we paid, we decided not to stay because the room was very dirty. It smelled bad, and the bedsheets and towels were not clean. We asked for a refund and spoke to the manager and OYO customer care. But no one helped us. They just wasted 2 hours of our time. In the end, we had to leave the place with no solution. This was a very disappointing experience. I hope others read this and do not book this place. It’s not worth your money or time.
Only location, apart from this its a OYO which has no cleanliness. Hence, though after payment, we choose not to stay here.
