How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Arrived at the hotel yesterday to checkin but i was told they don't have room available. This was because i didn't make the payment for the booking. But in the booking confirmation it was mentioned payment will be hanled by the property and i didn't get any notification to make payment. Then called on the provided in the booking confirmation and spoke with someone on the phone. They apologised and arranged a room in some another hotel. However i spent around 2 hours trying to sort this and it was very stressful knowing i may not have room to stay i was panicking so was my wife and daughter. Finally they got us another room in a different hotel but it was not exactly what i had booked initially. The room was small meant for 2 people not for 3. Toilet seat broken. Bedding was disappointing. Blanket had no cover so its being used with out cover. Pillows were old. We were given 2 towels when i asked for one more the hotel guy said sorry not possible we don't have spare towels. No iron no hair dryer. Also no breakfast as this changed hotel does not offer breakfast so had to spend money on top of my booking for breakfast as original room was booked with breakfast Total disaster. The only reason i took this room as replacement was due to the fact i didn't want to spend time going hotel to hotel asking for availability. On top of that the taxi driver which i got from the airport to the original hotel was getting annoyed and asked me for more money as now i had to ask him to go to different hotel. How this can happen when i got the confirmation for my booking and was told room not available. Could you please investigate this and get back to me. My family and i never experienced this situation before and it was very stressful as it is to arrive to a new place and find out your hotel booking is not valid. Rooms are not that clean and neat. No lift facility. Breakfast will get ready only after 8.30 am. It may go upto 8.45 .. No cable connection.just youtube can be watched in room tv. No proper heater facility. Only bed heater available. On demand small radio type heater available for extra charge.

Extremely Disappointing Experience* I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a complete letdown. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in for a rough stay. The first room I was assigned was filthy. The linen and blankets were stained and clearly hadn't been changed in a while. I requested a room change, but the second room wasn't much better. The toilets and washroom were unhygienic and didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. The floors were sticky, and the sink was clogged. It was clear that the hotel's housekeeping staff wasn't doing their job. To make matters worse, the drinking water bottle in my room had algae growing in it. This was not only disgusting but also a serious health concern. The hotel's location was also a major issue. It's situated far away from all the major tourist attractions, making it inconvenient for guests who want to explore the area. But what really took the cake was the staff's attitude. They were unfriendly and unhelpful, making it clear that they didn't care about their guests' experiences. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There's nothing to like about this place, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay.
