Overall everything is good in room but the only fault/ or problem is the washroom (size), washroom is clean and neat but the problem is size of the washroom it's bit small and the main thing is 24/7 we can get hot water . Other then that everything is great. Room located in the main place so it's very good accessible for foods and other things . We can get AC rooms in Affordable price. My rating for this room is 4.5 out of 5

ChileThe worst hotel and the worst personal. I made a reservation for 2 nights at the OYO Flagship IRA Comforts. Arriving at the hotel at 9h30 pm, they rejected our reservation pretexting that they were not allowed to do our check-in because we were foreigners, but nothing about this is specified during the reservation process on Booking. With no solutions, their only answer was for us to book another hotel and get out of there, knowing the only hotel available around was also managed by their team. At 11pm, with no transports available anymore, we had to cross the entire city to finally be able to book a room, paying extra money on a taxi, and a room that was bellow our budget.
The worst hotel and the worst personal. Foreigners are not allowed there. Prepare yourself to be rejected like a dog.
