We were promised rent @₹960/day, when we booked online. But actually the facilities were not at all good & unsatisfactory. Over & above that, we're charged @₹1500/day while checking out. It was really a bad experience. Had reported the experience to OYO & booking.com but seemingly no actions were taken

There are no amenities. Given an AC room with no remote. No TV. The washroom feels very damp and dank because it wasn't cleaned properly. No drinking water in the room. No towel or basic toiletries. The curtains were dirty too.

The location and the fact that the staff doesn't bother you. Extremely professional and polite staff.

Small room , asked more than booking.com had shown , the beds are too soft causing back and neck pain , the TV consists of very few channels mostly regional kannada, no night lamp, there are some bugs and small cockroaches

Newly painted walls , clean bathroom , has okayish Wi-Fi , the spot is nice and around 1 km from NIMHANS OPD. that's it

I had a confirm booking and I called the hotel and in the morning asked them if my room is ready they said it is I told them I will be coming by midnight that said it's not a problem at all and then when I reached there they said no rooms are available right now we can't do anything I showed them my booking they said they can't do anything go somewhere else and I told them I booked it 3days ago any you said in the morning that my booking is confirmed they said yaa but rn no rooms are available and they asked me to leave I had to search for different room in middle of the night and I had to pay extra too because of that I would never recommend this hotel to anyone even if your booking is confirmed they won't give you the room worst service I hv never seen this type of behaviour in my life

I didn't like anything there. Very rude staffs and very unhygienic place. Cockroaches running from the mattress they provide and charging extra from what it shows on booking.com and refuses to give room otherwise.

Staffs are very rude. They do not provide cold water for drinking in these hot and humid days. Rats are moving here and there in room Floor of the room feels sticky. In bathroom, wash basin and water taps are not working. Quality of water they use is very bad. Wifi is totally not working at all.

The worst Oyo room I have ever seen. Oyo price is 600 but they are charging 1500. Please do not provide these types of rooms.

While booking in the app, it was 480₹+tax. But when I arrived there, they demanded money after traveling all the way to the hotel. Those guys were even denied to talk with Oyo executives. So irritating experience. Never ever go there

Behavior of the front office staff at the time of check in !

Overall experience met Praveen's expectation. However, at check in he was asked to pay Rs. 300+ extra with an excuse that OYO agreement is with the previous owner!! Shameful act in hospitality industry. Added to that the balance amount was NOT returned, excuse " No.change"

They refused me to give AC room. And the staff and the owner in the beginning they accepted to give AC room. Once they collected money from me they immediately refused to give AC room. And they said we cannot refund the money nor don't we give AC room it seems. They took money 1870/- from me . But my BOOKING APP shows me 1200/- . They are extremely fraud and scary. Because they are ready to do crimes.

They are not willing to give it for the price and instead asked to take another room for 1.5x rate and rooms are not clean and an untidy bathroom , no lift, and be ready to climb 3-4 floors if your given room is in the top most floor.
