We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis place was incredibly helpful during my stay in Ahmedabad. The staff constantly made sure things worked, made sure I had water, and gave incredible recommendations. The AC worked well too. They even upgraded my room because a nicer one was available and if I ever return to Ahmedabad I know where I will stay!
