Absolutely not as described on booking.com, dirty stained toilet seats, stained threadbare bedding, a mould/damp issue which contributed to shabby interior and bubbling paintwork. Really difficult to find as it’s listed as an entirely different hotel, and as for the complimentary buffet breakfast - this does not exist.

We had to check in pretty late at night. They didn’t turn us away but they weren’t super pleased either.

1. Changed room due to not availability of hot water in the booked room, 2. Room was booked for 2 persons on booking.com, but at location, owner asked for 1 person only. Extra charges paid. 3. Hotel name is different on booking website. and so difficult to get located on map. and even auto taken advantages. 4. No water supply for 1 hr in morning, compromised to get fresh due to time limits 5. Overall Pathetic review of booking.com and the hotel also. 5. Pleas do not play with customers time and emergency

Rude staff, rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned. Had hairs on bed. Side table of bed had some liquid spilled on it and was not cleaned. Room windows were not getting locked properly. Horrible condition to stay.

We booked this hotel based on photos on your website and area we wanted to stay in . We arrived from AMD airport with 2 children and luggage at 11.30pm and Rooms were damp/ musty and we rang OYO for a shift immediately but after nearly 2 hrs on the phone they proved useless. Most disapointed with the OYO Townhouse Paldi and Booking.com for listing them on the website

The checkin desk staff were polite and honest about the state of the rooms. They were trying to handle complaints from 3 guests when we arrived.

Menu was available in the room but as I order food from it they say restaurant is shut down so we can't serve food as I order food at evening 8.00 PM and also in morning 8.00 AM. There is one bottle in bathroom which is used for body and hair wash is something weird to use both from one bottle. My feedback is to keep Separate shampoo and separate soap for better experience of customer. Thank you...

The hotel is showing and advertising rooms does not exist 😕, very dirty, unfriendly and rude staff. On the front of the hotel even the name doesn't match " Hotel Neelkanth inn" says above the door.

The cleanliness of this place was offbeat, there were cockroaches in the room, the TV was not functional, the bedsheets were dirty, and in a room the AC threw ice the next morning, had to change room twice. There was no landline to call the reception. Rooms were not up to the mark. Not satisfied at all.

There is constant problem with the AC, day 1 I had issues with overflown washbasin, 3 days I has issue with the Ac , they sifted me to the new room, even in the new room again I has issue with the ac in that room
