We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe room was in a pathetic condition, and the staff was extremely unprofessional. There was no cutlery available in the hotel. When we asked about it, the staff responded that previous guests had broken the glasses, so they no longer keep any and suggested we order them from Blinkit or Swiggy. There were no towels provided, and the ones available were not properly cleaned. The room itself was dirty, and the washroom was in a terrible state. There was no liquid soap, the door latch was broken, and overall hygiene was poor. The staff was rude and uncooperative. I will never visit this property again.

I have booked the room with breakfast charges included but hotel had no kitchen.I have paid extra for breakfast but didn't get anything. Pathetic experience ever. IndiaThe bed was irritating. It had springs. I changed my room. Then also a bad bed. Can't sleep or take rest. The springs of bed were pinching. There were no towels, no soap, no hand-wash and the water was leaking from pot. I was never provided keys to my room even after repeating. I had lost my Airpods because my room was alloted to some other guest thinking that my room was empty. My Airpods were technically stolen.
