Wifi dropped continually.

Courteous staff, reasonable price, good food in restaurant. Clean room, comfortable bed,all facilities operational. A general store on site. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Spotty wifi.

Property is not well maintained and need renovation. Nails are coming out of furniture and flooring which is a hazard. Swimming pool doesn't remain marinated and insect are flying all over place including food court. Please ensure you have mosquito barriers and killers all over properly.

Our room (304) had leakages and the flooring were broken 😢 Service was slow and I dragged my baggages on my own at the time of leaving as the service guy dint show up for more than 10 mins (not the expectation at 4 star property) the focus of the staff shifted completely on some TV actors when they arrived - other guest did not pay ??

In this upcoming property at NH16,things are not easily available, but the property is making all efforts for the overall comfortable stay of its guests. Staying at this property , is like dwelling in a botanical garden with absolute tranquility, fresh air and a superb botanical environment.

Property is not clean , there was smoking smell in the room and when we complained they just put room freshener in corridor It was supposed to be no smoking rooms and next door people were smoking which was giving bad smell in our rooms Restaurant pine da dhabba food was great but mosquitoes made our life difficult It is away from the city and traffic is not that great on the road

Where do I start! And I paid 27k rupees for a "suite" expecting something that resembled the website description. For someone who travels with work around the world over 150 days a year, this was the worst I have seen compared to that which was sold on the website. Firstly, arriving at my room the door would not open and had to be forced by the member of staff. In the room, the safe had been broken into, and electronics were still loose in the hold. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was soo much mould in the shower you could smell it. When I complained I was told there were no other rooms. The next next day, I was excitedly upgraded. However, although a larger room, the bath leaked so much it never filled and instead flooded the floor, the decoration was old and tattered. There were food stains on the furniture and floor. To make matters worse, on the first night when they were trying to fix the safe, they said go to the bar and have a free beer. No surprises, they charged me and would not accept that that was what was agreed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful as far as the challenges with my stay were possible. The reception staff were very helpful and obviously overworked.

Receptionist during our stay was exceptional, service was also very good . They even welcomed us very good . One of the best stays i have been to and the whole staff was great amazing. It was a pleasant experience. You can book this even if its far away.
