The hotel needs a bit of maintenance. It is preety old. Also the access to the mall from 3rd flr is good but it is risky too as people from mall can easily come inside the hotel and reach the rooms. I found it a big security issue.

Their room service can be slow. House keeping is even slower to pick a call or respond.

They had a good buffet breakfast. Their timings could be better suites for the business traveller to start at 7am, Instead of 7 30.

Very good supportive staff. I had an early checkout and the receptionist prepared a small carry on package for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The food is also very good. I had grilled fish and it exceeded my expectations.

The rooms and the dinning hall and cleanliness could be better. If the standards of cleanliness and food taste is improved it could be one of the best hotels.

Bed not comfortable, Bathroom size is small, Toiletries not upto the mark, Hair dryer not working, no cable tv, room not cleaned properly... Being 4* hotel and having all the above deficiencies is alarming. At the same price, we have other options which are far better.

Before booking, I was shown the picture of rooftop bar and music event etc in description. That was not true at all because it was under renovation and I didn't feel right value for money.

Fantastic staff and authentic food. Loved the stay and I would like to come again (provided they have the rooftop bar open)

The entrance to the breakfast place didn't have ramp. We were taking our luggage to the breakfast place and it was a bit inconvenient. When we came back after our dinner, the "IN" gate was closed and was unmanned. We had to go in from the "OUT" gate which was not clear.

The location is very good. It doesn't require much effort to reach the hotel. It is also close to restaurants. We needed car parking. The car parking was just in the back. We only had to stay overnight for one night and it was good. The rooms were of good size and clean. The staff was courteous.

The property is a bit old and needs a revamp. The price is a bit much!

The best part of this hotel is the location and connectivity. It is adjacent to a mall so few comfort food options and it's on the main road. The front office staff and other staff are good! The in room dining options are pretty good and the food is tasty.

It is not a complaint, the stairs need to be clear off the minor obstacles that may hinder people coming down stairs during emergency.

The staff are so polite and handle the guests very well that make you really feel at home and we felt like the Royals. The rooms, furniture, toilets, linen and other facilities are of a good quality, making your stay very comfortable.
