The indoor activities like indoor games and and entry to Theatre and Swimming Pool is restricted after 6.00 PM which is not good. Restriction to Swimming Pool is ok in view of security reasons but entry to theatre and other indoor activities should not be restricted as it is the only way of time pass in the evening before dinner.The time of closing the indoor games arena should be at least 8.00 PM in the evening.

Excellent property with swimming pool and sea view. The game zone is fantastic and the maintenance is super. The kids play area is very well designed. We would like to go back soon!

The restaurant was very small with very limited options. Food was below par except for the Biriyani.

The room was clean and comfortable.. All the facilities were there. Only a doorbell was missing.

I am really very desperate about cleanliness. We stayed 2 nights there but no person came for cleaning the room as well as the surroundings. This is really very bad. Must focus on cleanliness

Restaurant ambience is not up to the mark. Having open sitting space with presence of lots of flyies .Many items in menu list are not available.

1. The rooms were not cleaned even after we had informed at the reception. They said that they have a shortage of staff. 2. I had to call 4times for a change of towels and yet they had given it next day. 3. Palm resort had provided plates and a pan in every room and We had sent the utensils for cleaning. I only got a pan after waiting for approx five hours and complaining at the reception for horrible service. I had asked to provide me a pan asap as i had to boil milk for my child. 4. We had asked for 3cups of tea from the restaurant at 8 in the morning and got it after calling multiple times at 9:30. They gave us the reason that they were searching a flask to provide us tea. Evenafter giving this lame reason they gave team in a pouch. Breakfast also doesn’t have many options. Either you get idli with chutney and no sambar or upma or sandwich for which you need to wait atleast an hour. And also you have to make payment as and when they deliver food. There is no option to settle the bill at the time of checkout. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone after this kind of pathetic service. People go to hotels or residential apartments for convenience and not to get irritated and disturbed.

The rooms are quite spacious and has all the basic amenities required.

The property has poor management. Example 1: ordered breakfast but it never reached room. Example 2: as we went for dinner at 9.00PM, cook said he can't cook at this hour and management neither did inform the last order timing nor was helpful. Suggested we eat from THE PARK hotel at exorbitant prices. Example 3: wrong dialed several times as they confused our rooms with different rooms. Even demanded we pay restaurant prices even before we went for checkout. Example 4: pool was not open as we went during Holi. Even lunch was only thali as the cook was not available. Overall nice infrastructure and poor management.

The restaurant set up is too small to fulfill the need of the customers. The restaurant area is very untidy and full of flies. At night the mosquitoes are coming out. Though the setup of the resort was good the maintenance of the property is very poor.
