How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The steps to get into the property, especially if you have too many luggages even though there will be staff available to help you.
The property is clean and properly managed. Staff is polite and very helpful, available at almost all the time. Another good thing about the property is its flexibility it provides to the guests for check-in/check-out times, which one will hardly find anywhere else. They also provide meals of your choice on request.

The extra bed had very thin mattress, not suitable for adults' comfortable sleep Very noisy air con, if you are a light sleeper you would struggle to sleep Its a very basic room but I felt safe sleeping at the property
The staff helped us with laugage early morning as there are many stairs Many restaurants around Felt safe in the area

TV wasn't working but we didn't need it. The staff powered to get it sorted, we didn't have much time of our stay left.
The property is well maintained and kept clean. Staff are available all the time and ready to help/answer any question. Overall very good value for money. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking a descent stay in Delhi.

Bit outdated. Not much natural light in the bedrooms.
Great location, good sized rooms, friendly staff (but limited English language). Generally clean. OK for a simple stay over.

It was a surprise on arriving there that the reception was on the first floor and my room on the 2nd. There are no lifts. There was no mention of this at the time of booking. Fortunately I can still climb at age 70 but couldn't help womdering what I would have done if I could not climb stars....
The room was a good size and clean. The staff were very good and prompt with their service. The breakfast was ok.

Food needs a bit improved

The only thing that didn’t get 10 out of 10 (let’s say 8) from me is the ac which was a bit noisy and was dripping with water but working very well.
It’s in a very nice location surrounded by lots of good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.

Excellent location, cozy rooms and very courteous and helpful staff. A special shout out to Pradeep for making our stay comfortable and hassle free. The host is also very kind and generous. They accepted our requests and requirements with minimum fuss. We stayed with our pets and suffice to say you will have to look very hard to find a pet friendlier place in South Delhi than Pamposh!

The team at Pamposh Guest House is so prompt and loving! They take care and are available at all times, the property even has great security so it’s a safe peaceful option whether for work or leisure. Thank you for making my stay in Delhi amazing

The rooms are a bit smaller in size and without any ventilation sometimes gives you a bit of claustrophobia.

No lift, entrance is a narrow flight of stairs, no restaurant but homely food is made to order & served in the room. Room is small but comfortable.

Sometimes cleaning can be better (in the corners, below the furniture) Make clear that it takes sometime to enter Delhi (ca 45 min)
Extremly nice staff, highly responsible (you want breakfast at 7 am? At 7 am the staff knocks at your door. Rooms quite large, contain everything necessary. Very calm area. If you like to recover after a long day, there are parks around, coffee shops, etc.

Slightly old and outdated and smelt a bit musty on arrival but that’s just me being picky! Overall very happy with my experience here. Do stay :)
Very happy with my stay at pamposh guest house :) lovely staff and excellent central location within GK2 market block. Nice park opposite the hotel and good variety of restaurants and shops nearby. Lots of banks and ATMs around also for foreigners needing to withdraw money. Would have booked another few nights there if I hadn’t already booked elsewhere. Indian breakfast was delicious also! Thank you pamposh!
