pathetic service ..repent booking this hotel for two rooms ...if the package includes breakfast was surprised When a basic amenity of clean drinking water was refused at 1100 h at night ... leave alone the room had no cupboard to hang the clothes room 305. ... tea coffee and electric kettle was a far fledged expectation... got embarrassed in front of three friends ... contact for more inconveniences caused ... I hope suitable action of removing the hotel from esteemed list of others be taken ... the are cold in response and inhospitable with their customers….

Location - situated at a major signal making parking a big hassle Housekeeping- TV was not working , no soaps /gel provided in the washroom. When reported to staff , they never bother to return the solve.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. They moved our lug gages into another room without even informing us. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with my team and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, cockroaches everywhere…dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

Rooms was nice but too much of cockroach. Rooms was not soundproof all the outside sound was disturbing at night. Also at the booking of 2night stays they didn't even offered an single bottle of water. When asked they charged for 50rs per bottle. Staff was not cooperative and was very busy in themselves. Also staff was judgy too.

Location was at prime spot everything was nearby. All the transportation was near. Rooms were Nice and comfy

Hygen cleanlyness was not up to the mark, bedding was in very bad condation, i had asked to change 2/3 times , shower was broken, no soap, shampoo,no comb,no toothpaste, no brush nothing provided by the hotel, i had asked for hand napkins on which i got a reply we don't have , the charges are quite high as per the other hotels in the market , Frist time in my life i had ever stayed in this kind of hotel.

Food was very good , i had boneless chicken and bhakri service was better.

Poor bed quality, blanket was smelling bad, washroom had bad smell, no hot water so had to tell the housekeeping , rooms were in poor condition for value I think I could have started in better place . However appreciate to team booking for facilitating my booking process
