A very good location, two mins walk to Baga Beach from the Hotel. No disturbance at all. Free from noise pollution. These is no restaurant in this hotel but that is not big issue as you have many restaurants near by. Room is neat and clean. Rooms were good. Staff and owner were too friendly, always talked with a smile.

The hotel is near to Baga beach and Tito's lane, Clubs and restaurant all are nearby and the rooms are clean and spacious. Very much satisfied with the room and washroom cleanliness. the staff were very good, they helping us every way. I really enjoyed my 2 days stay there.

Lacation is 2 min walk from the baga beach. The rooms and washroom are neat and clean. Staff are very polite and helpful, staff are extremely courteous and go out their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. We will stay at the same hotel when we visit goa.

Mohan the main head of the property was very helpful and kind .. he went out of his way to assist my parents with any needs of theirs .. he even gave a free extension till 4pm as they had a late night flight to catch .. the other caretakers named chandrakanth and Rahul were also very helpful

The room smelled of alcohol when we entered the room. The balcony was not to as expected.
