The location is far away and for lunch , dinner or snacks we have to go outside. The hotel does not serve these.

Wonderful ambience, the breakfast was awesome, higiene and good taste. The reception staff was very friendly with us . It's really a excellent stay in Pondicherry.

I will like all property and I see this property photos in website after visit i realised this is 3rd class property.

My trip with this hotel completely destroyed whatever images shown while selecting the room was not the same. breakfast was served in packet and same repeated which they didn't mention. very congested room

Only staff were nice but what i will do being nice if they didn't provide proper service very pathetic experience , it was completely kind of cheat

We didn't like a single thing about this property . Except the staff Harish who was a bit cooperative. The rooms are too too small with zero ventilation , bathrooms were not at all clean, the towels were not changed until we asked them to, toiletries were not provided except the first day. They asked to have dinner at the so called beautiful terrace which was not at all maintained with a shitty bathroom which had it's door completely open. I would never ever recommend this property.

location was not good, it's inside from the main road, and beaches are also very far from the locations. Rooms are very small and it has mentioned rooms with a balcony but there were no balconies. We got mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. in one word PATHETIC.

I like the staff behaviour that's only good thing.

The staff is really nice and the hospitality is great they helped us a lot during our stay. Everything was well maintained it was easier to visit different places as they helped us in renting a car and also gave a detailed info on different places and routes the breakfast is nice. Everyone is nice and helpful.
