One of the finest accommodations I have ever stayed in. The property is located in the main town. The owner is way too friendly and gave me early c/in and comp breakfast when I reached out there early in the morning. Being a hotelier myself, I would always be looking for such hospitality. Looking forward to my next visit.

I loved everything

A first class homestay with delightful hosts, excellent facilities and delicious food. Homestay is based in a quiet road with the sound of birds. There was ample hot water for a shower, the bed was comfortable. Small additions which made the stay extra comfortable ... a kettle, slippers, thick towel, dates and biscuits upon arrival. Breakfast was sumptuous and the hosts drove me to my local destination. Great value and accommodation which greatly exceeded my expectations.

It was very pleasant staying there. The ambience was very peaceful. After entering the campus I felt some positive energy there. And a special thanks to the hosts ( Uncle and Aunty) they're very sweet.

Since the place is new, it wasn’t yet listed on Google maps (Jan 2025). Don’t let that put you off. It will be soon, I’m sure.

I heartily recommend Parag Homestay. I enjoyed a memorable visit where I received all the hospitality and advice I needed to explore Sivasagar, in very good comfort. It’s just a few months old and run by a retired teacher and his wife (still teaching). I felt, for the short visit, a valued member of the household. Worth also saying, my room was enormous! And very clean and comfortable.

Amazing stay for affordable price, the rooms are exactly as shown in the picture. Very well maintained, spacious and most of all very lovable host. Would recommend this to everyone and definitely would stay here every time we visit sivsagar.

The only discomfort was the toilet and it's placement in the bathroom. It was pretty uncomfortable. If you keep that aside everything was perfect.

The rooms were spacious with king size beds and a big sitting area. Perfect for families and group of friends. The owner was also very kind and welcoming.

The electricity was fluctuating at night, hence it was annoying ! Anyways it was an good place to stay
