IsraelTerrible hotel. Allows 20 people to be in one room and have parties and noise all night long. The noise from inside the hotel and the terrible location on a busy main road, did not allow us to sleep a minute during the night. The people in charge at the reception did not take care of our request to ensure silence. The staff does not know a word of English, inexperienced and uncaring staff. The breakfast the hotel offers is a piece of dry bread and tea. You can't call it breakfast by any standard. The taps in the bathroom are falling apart. Everything is worn out, old and dirty.

After checkin, water was provided after 3 hours by the reception boy. The water had finished in the hotel. When I asked to check the AC conditions, no one listened to anything. IndiaIt was a horrible experience. When we arrived at Hotel Paras tower at 11.30 pm, we were told that all rooms were full. We were taken to another building some 2 km away and given rooms. The rooms had not been cleaned. Fixtures like cupboard doors, door handles, flush handle were broken. In one room there was only one pillow on a double bed. By this time it was past midnight, we were tired after traveling from Bangalore to Delhi to Dehradun and we couldn't even look for alternate accommodation. In the morning we had to check out early by 6 am but there was no water in the bathrooms so we couldn't even brush! Overall, the experience was a nightmare. Absolutely irresponsible of the Hotel to refuse to give us a room even though we had a confirmed booking and had paid an advance.
