I was expecting a star rated hotel by the brand but it was kind of 3 star hotel. Food was good. Breakfast was also good. but the room was small . I would rate 3.5 out of 5 for cleanliness. Overall experience was satisfactory.

Indiahello all was good in stay but we ask for a early check-in but we waited for 50min in lobby area so we ask for welcome drink but they didn't serve us I ask twice but didn't get so I was disappointed as am also from a hotel background but did not say NO to our guest. and Room Service is good but the food was not i order Honey chilly potato it was sooooo sweet we just can't eat and we ask for Mustard sauce but got mayonnaise so little unhappy we were.

IndiaI am a regular here and hv always liked the property and service. But this time something unusual happened. The person at the reception asked me a bizarre question. One of the glass was missing from my room as the previous night while clearing the plates after dinner the boy took the same with him. So the person at the reception asked me whether I hv broken the glass or not. It was an embarassing question but the gud thing was that no one (guest) was there apart from me at the reception, otherwise I would hv felt bad. The total bill of the room was around 5k, and you are asking me fr that one small glass? I would hv given u one full set of premium glasses. Tht was really embarassing. Also you could hv seen my previous bookings, has anything gone missing ever?

IndiaHorrible experience, first the property cancelled my booking, I had to re book again. Second the evening front desk was not at all customer friendly. Third the room was supposed to be a centralized AC, but the AC was not working, when I complained, they didn't change the room and instead gave us a standing fan which was not enough for cooling. They charged 125 rs for a 20 rs Aquafina water bottle. The next day during checkout when asked for a discount because of the poor AC conditions, they gave us a discount of 200 rs. This is an insane experience I have had in my entire life!
I am not sure if I liked anything as dislike was far more than likeness.
