Breakfast and location is good; ambience is just ok, was told that this Hyatt property is better than the other one in Chandigarh. Had a very bad expereince while checking out

Couldnt sleep well as the adjacent room was blaring noise at 12 midnight on day 1 and 4 am early morning second day. Handling by reception desk was not upto the mark at all

The room was spacious and clean. The location is also good and close by to sector 17 market. Simon attended us well during breakfast.

Slow service and limited staff for dinner.

Pros: 1. This property location is really good and in peaceful area with close proximity to nature experience in the city 2. Hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and would make extra effort within their scope in order to elevate the guests experience We would particularly appreciate Mr Harish at their Corby restaurant. He is the go to person even during the chaos that happens during long weekend breakfasts & dinners. He is genuinely the person who ensured we had a great breakfast & dinner experience at the hotel else our family stay would have been really bad.

Cons: 1. Be ready & prepared to fight your way to get your room with clear window views. By default hotel provides rooms with big windows that are blocked by bricks. It’s Absolutely Horrible. 2. Their room ACs would stop working at midnight or at 1am with no reason and you need to runout for help. Make sure you call out and scream out crazily asking for help in order to get it fixed 3. Extremely poor breakfast & dinner buffet spread if you are having it more than once

Room was spacious and clean. Well maintained pool and other facilities.

1. Once I got reservation from booking.com where we have option of early check in which we opted for. But then we got the email from hotel that it is paid and they also sent price list. Later they sent another email that it will be given subject to availabillity. 2. Front office staff have some issues with the services. They told me that I have complimentary high tea which was actually not there in my booking. Later I asked room dining and they confirmed that i haven't. 3. The buffet dinner was unexpected. It was not actual buffet but a dinner with very limited option. As such we were always asking the service people to bring this and that item. And even the items were coiming very late. The dinner experience was not good. Although whatever they served was good. Breakfast has limited veg options especialy in bakery. 4. Construction work was going on in floor 2 and 3. 5. The view from room 204 was not good (on one side there was some work going on the roof and on the other the construction material storage of hotel was there). 6. We handed over a clean car for valet parking in the evening, but received it back dirty the next morning. Despite spending on other amenities, the property does not ensure cars are cleaned externally. 7. Some of the Staff is not that professional that is expected from a 5 star property

I had the best experience staying here with my puppy, everything is 5star and the vibes are perfect - thank you so much! Harish at breakfast helped me a lot with my pet and advice for my road trip ♡ best hotel in Chandigarh, everything can be taken care of here
