Be aware, this is a marriage location! If there is on, it is noisy! 2 nights I had a lot of noise from the room above me. One night someone with heels was walking from 5am, second night someone moved chairs till 2am. In 2023 I had a much more quiet room which was also away from the street.

Location is really nice and more quiet as it is a bit more outside of city. Staff is decent and very friendly. Room offered a lot of space, a fridge and water was provided.

The bathroom was small but functional. Because it was small, there was a little mildew on the bathroom ceiling and some corners due to a lack of ventilation. This could easily be cleaned with a little bleach and ensuring a ventilator fan is running all the time the bathroom is in use and for 10 minutes after showers. The card access for the rooms is a little odd, as there is a common kitchen/lounge area, a card must be in the slot for the lights, etc to work. It means your access card could be left in a common area used by others, so it's not great for security.

The staff were very efficient and friendly, the room was a good size with clean linen and a comfortable bed. The restaurant was okay, but I found the staff hovered around me too much, I like to eat my food in peace and not have a waiter watching my every move.

Better to arrange hotel vehicles for pick & drop at Hirasar Airport as free service.

The pillows were uncomfortable and not up to the mark. The shower cubicle in one room had inadequate drainage leading to waterlogging in that bathroom.

It's like a second home where you feel relaxed and comfortable. Very practical and utilitarian with undue frills. The staff are courteous and well trained in their respective jobs.

Only one complaint on such a huge space, the bath room was very small hardly any space to move.

Great location, very clean the staff were very attentive. We were upgraded to the suite. A very big space with bedroom living room and a kitchenette with an all modern appliances.

For the suites with shared lounges, the key to door is the issue. With the same key, the lounge lights/ac are powered on and with the same key, the door has to be opened. This is security issue and also comfort issue as if other room occupant leaves with the key, power is switched off for all the rooms and loune.

MATRESS, IT WAS TOO SOFT AND BUMPY. IT SHOULD LITTLE HARDER TO GIVE US MORE COMFORT AS WE ARE INDIANS NOT AMERICANS AND BRITISHERS. THE TEA FROM THE RESTAURANT DELIVERED TO THE ROOM SHOULD BE MORE INTERNATIONAL QUALITY INSTEAD OF PURE GUJRATI STYLE. A HOTEL, A PERSON OR A NATION MUST ALWAYS BE IN LEARNING MODE.

ONE THING WAS VERY UPSETTING - I PAID FOR A MEAL AND BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT THEY ACCUSED ME OF NON PAYMENT SO I DOUBLE PAID! THIS FOR ME IS DISCREDITING MY TRUST AND SELF RESPECT!!! I AM A VERY TRUSTWORTHY PERSON AND A UPSTANDING WOMAN OF THE LAW THIS WAS VERY DISHEARTENING FOR MY SOUL! STEALING AND LYING INTENALLY OCCURS WE KNOW BUT IT HAS A DETRIMENTAL EFFECT ON OTHERS REPUTATION PLEASE BE AWARE MANAGEMENT.

The staff were very helpful and because we were gujarati, language was not a problem. Their English was also very good! The food in the restaurant was amazing 👏
