Very simple and clean room. Breakfast was very simple. If you are into a simple and clean stay for Malaysians, and want it to be near Pondy Bazaar then this place is good. Helpful staff especially Rajkumar and Prakash.

One of my preferred places to stay in Madras. The recent painting and cleaning has given the place and rooms a facelift. Neat and cosy room, with a comfy bed. Decent toilet and shower with my favorite shampoo and shower gel by Biotique. Kettle and coffee/tea with helpful staff and an awesome location in T Nagar rounds up the near perfect experience of staying here. Price is not very cheap, but its worth better compared to similar options around.

The lift is a bit compact.. The dinning area should be renovated to make it feel more cozy

We arrived early morning (around 3am), the room was ready and within a few mins of check-in procedures, the room was allocated to us. The staffs were very helpful during the whole week. Room was cleaned regularly upon request.

Nothing all was great

THis is a lovely clean hotel in a great location in a leafy street just off of Pondy bazaar which is good for shopping. The staff were really really friendly, welcoming and helpful. We loved the quotes of the day on the board! Thank you pebbles we will come again.

1. The shower is not well made to keep the water out from basin and toilet area.

- Breakfast options were quite disappointing. - The room size was not comfortable. I had enquired about getting a double bed for parents instead of 2 single beds, but they said I will only get this for 7k. I would have to shell out an extra 3k if I wanted to get a double bed option. It was quite disappointing to learn that a simple request for bed change ends up in 3k extra.

- Staff was courteous. 10/10 for their efforts. - Location of the hotel was great for commutes. - The workers were prompt in service whenever I called reception with any requests.

AC was not enough on one room and other room it was very noisey

Location: Close to Metro which is nice also with 50 INR -100 INR Tuk, we can reach happening areas quickly. I had to ask for a kettle, an extra towel for a double occupancy room ( one was provided) and the room cleaning leaves something to be desired. Also mineral water was not provided unless we asked for it. This is something the housekeeping staff has to replenish automatically without being asked.

The staff and service were prompt and excellent. The breakfast provided was also fantastic.

If there were more complementary water bottles in the room. Also, additional toilet papers in the bathroom.

The bathroom fittings need repairs. We had asked for housekeeping while leaving but wasn't done and after we returned , we had to ask again. Service could be improved

The location is fantastic. Breakfast was good. The room is comfortable , clean and well maintained. Everything including drinking water was available and it was quite a comfortable stay. Staff is polite and supportive. Overall cleanliness is pretty great.
