The location was a bit further than I anticipated from some of the places I wanted to see, but nothing bad to say.

The staff were friendly and there was easy access to taxis and rickshaws on the street below.

It would be better to get a daily room servicing and refills of Tea- Coffee and water. But also room servicing is available daily and just a phone call away, it is our problem with timing that these services could not be availed.

The food menu could be expanded to give more choices.

A lot of mid-range hotels in Delhi are scams. But not this one. This property delivers exactly as they advertise. No false photos. Whatever is shown on the internet, they give exactly that.

I stayed in an economy room. The room was a bit cold. Hot water was not quite hot.

Affordable room charge. Friendly staff. Clean room. Simple but a good breakfast.

Hvac system was well maintained though they don't have direct ventilation on ground floors it feels a bit down, also the network issue is faced while staying in room.

The hospitality of hotel was nice, also their services would be appreciated, they serve us very decent food according to our requirement, overall the residency is very good.

Have a room without a view. The free wifi was available but was a little patchy in places. It would be nice to have some subtle lighting as the controls only switched on the bright lights on or off, no smaller lamps to switch on when you don't want the whole room floodlit.

The staff were accomodating and helpful with any request we asked for. The room was ok, but did feel a little claustrophobic as it had no outside window. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and good temperature.

Cleanliness could have been improved slightly but overall this place is much cleaner than other hotels in Delhi at this price point

Really kind and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Water pressure in the showers was good and there was a little tea/coffee station in the room for making hot beverages. Little fridge in the room was another bonus. Would recommend this place whole-heartedly.

Upon arrival, check in was quick and smooth but due to maintainence there was no water. I wanted to have a quick shower and head out. After 40 mins I was told to use the lobby bathroom as waiting for the tanks would take a while. I did that and everything else was smooth.

The location is good. Quite close to saket. The room and bed was big! Breakfast was good. Tried their poha. Despite the minor hiccups I can recommend this place.

The hotel is good, cleaner than the other hotels in this price range, and the bed sheets were clean. Stayed there for three days, the hotel is located in a crowded area, but for me it wasn’t a problem as I am used to the noise. Overall, if I travel to Delhi again I will come back to this hotel again.

There wasn’t much insulation from noise, so it was a bit hard to sleep (and I’m from a city). There was a doorbell that rung in the middle of the night and it rang through the whole hotel.

It was extremely reasonably priced and I liked where it was in the city. The staff were friendly.
