Staff behaviour was good. Room interior and AC was good. Overall value for money hotel. I appreciate that they have provided hot water kettle on my request as they do not provide kettel with deluxe room category.

Blanket cover was dirty and having spot on orange color cloth on bedsheet (see attachment). However when I asked to change blanket cover they have changed it. Toilet paper roll was missing and provided on my request. Toliet (water closet) and bucket was not cleaned properly. Room size was small. This hotel is closed to Railway station Not closed to Golden Temple as they claim. They asked for advance partial room rent however as per booking.com site the full room rent to be paid when we reach at hotel. They call me and asked to pay some advance room rent to confirm booking.

Room was very small. have to request toilet roll, hand towel, heater, water bottles. They do provide filters water. Room was very small. Customer service was not efficient as receptionist was acting defensively rather than helping.. . Since I spoke with him in native language, h I s argument was that I am an Indian despite giving him our overseas Passports. We felt that he was biased towards Indians.

Location was great, didn't have food as they don't have restaurant, only room service for food.. room and bathroom was clean.

It is 45 minutes walk from the Golden Temple not 5 as they claim. Internet intermittent working in room. No breakfast included. Staff were not interested in anything except playing games on their phones. Many of the facilities listed do not exist. It is very difficult to find is really the Sagar Hotel that you stay in. Why they have multiple names on Booking.com suggests a scam.

Large room, very clean bathroom. Lift working. For Indian standards it was acceptable at the price paid.

We had dirty bed lining, photos don't match the reality, seems that it was made decades ago, when the room was brand new. The location is good enough, but it's 20mins from Golden Temple, not 5min. Breakfast was minimal, paratha and coffee, they didn't have eggs for the omelette.

The location was ok and wifi was reasonable, cheap price, but better alternatives can be found for the same price.

Nothing special to like in this property I am sure I will not stay there anymore We noticed that the water in the toilet wasn’t enough to use. I meaned very low pressure. 15 minutes waiting for a full bucket. We informed three times in the reception but no response. Stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Hotel parking not available. The outside area not clean. The reception staff shouting their staffs very loudly in front of guests. It’s not fair

The reason I give 6 score: - the location on booking is wrong, it's much more north - the real location is not provided after booking, even when asked - not even the name of the hotel is provided, which is Sagar Hotel - it's for sure not 5 min walk to the golden temple as the title says, 20 minutes is more realistic Getting to the hotel is pretty essential. Provide the location!!! Had to read other comments and spend precious time on streetview to find it.

Cleanliness , hotel had a certain feel of luxury, very good bed, nice bathroom, food service always available, honest staff. Very close to trainstation, not far from center (but way more than 5 minutes).

1. The service- In our two days stay, there were several instances when we asked for morning coffee, or called for television remote or hot water- none were attended properly even after repeated calling to the reception. The worst part being the ordered coffee was faked as if it will be delivered in 5 minutes but in reality it was left unattended even after waiting for 45 minutes. 2. The hotel- pictures provided and the reality was very different especially regarding the floor space of rooms.
