Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

it was dirty. first night dirty pillow , blanket and sheet. with dirty walls in the room and bathroom dirty black wet corners with bad smells all the dey. . the disk was sooo dirty even. next 2 days they change the beds sheets.

Literally the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Firstly they claimed not to receive our booking secondly both rooms we were given had extensive mould and water damage. Our entire group became sick form this and left. DO NOT BOOK

The condition of the room did not meet expectations as it was not clean, the towels were dirty, and the shower was not working. Additionally, there was no hot water available and the windows were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and unclean. Overall, the room was not up to standard

The only thing I did not like is that food, firstly the food is too expensive not a little bit it's just too expensive and even after being that much expensive the taste is third class below average 🤮 worst taste and also quantity is too low according to the price i would suggest to go out and dine in any other nearby restaurant.
Rooms were neat and clean service is also good staff behaviour is also good.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The lack of amenities and poor customer service make it a less than desirable choice for families or couples. The staff is rude and the overall safety of the hotel is questionable. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations

Could have informed us that our reservation was not valid due to them being overbooked. We were travelling for a wedding and were left stranded last minute looking for another place to stay. Caused us unnecessary stress.

Nothing is there to like all hospitality is 3rd class😞, service very bad, no one taking responsibility of customer. All my day of anniversary got spoiled due to this hotel staff management etc. Even I requested to booking.com kindly cancel your franchise and also return my money. Een I asked for lucnh at 1pm.they bring at 3pm , i asked for water at 3 they bring at 5 by giving several reminders. Staff was also bad. Location guidance is also 3rd class. I have booked for double occupancy but they joint 2 single bed and provide which really embarrassing. Kindly return my amount.
