Heritage property at an excellent location to explore Haridwar and not too far from Rishikesh. We had a Ganga view room with the swimming pool right at our doorstep. The 'Welcome Ritual' was a heartwarming surprise for us. All staff and concierge were very professional and friendly. The hotel private evening aarti ceremony was an introduction to what to expect from the Har Ki Pauri evening aarti. Day trips with local guides from 'The Adventure Team' to the holy temples were offered by the hotel. We also did the morning Ganga walk with the guide. There are a few restaurants at the property and staff were very helpful with suggesting local food. Highly recommend this hotel.

Oef! What is not to like?! It was absolutely a fantastic stay! A very spiritual place where every staff person is very helpful and soooo nice !! Ladies Himashri and Himanshi were superrrr! The fact that there is Aarti every evening just made my day(s). The food in in the restaurant was absolutely super!! Super compliments to chef Deepak! This whole place is a next level experience if you visit Haridwar for spiritual reasons! A stay which I will not forget!

Beautiful location and property. Hospitality of the staff is simply world class. Really helpful polite and very thoughtful of guest’s experience keeping it true to the spirit of the holy land of Haridwar. Things like evening Ganga Aarti, evening tea at the terrace watching river Ganga, welcoming and leaving ceremonies all gives a very majestic feel to the hotel. 5- star rating and very well recommended 🎉👏

Our stay was made extremely comfortable by the best staff in the world specially Mr Sonu who was the housekeeping guy. During our departure I forgot my necklace in the hotel room. He found it and returned it back to us, else we might’ve left it in the room Also Ms Shruti was very courteous and personally attended us everyday to make sure our stay remains comfortable. Mr Sanjay went above and beyond to arrange for private dining at our request. Whenever we are going to visit Haridwar in future we are not going anywhere else but Pilibhit house

What an incredible property! From the moment we arrived it felt so special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Loved the in house activities on a daily basis and the private ghat to take a dip in the Ganges made the short trip very memorable. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to returning in the future

Food , service and ambiance was excellent. The rooms were near the pool and it was very noisy with children screaming and shouting and it was impossible to rest as the rooms were not sound proof.
