Staff were arguing with each other in front of the guests. When you order coffee as room service, it takes 30-40mins to comes and is warm (not hot).

Excellent location. Courteous staff.and above all splendid, Excellent food and great taxi service by Kennady. He is so nice humble and knows all places across kodaikanal and drives safe. Value for money. Need still to take care on hygiene. And can provide basic toilettereis and house keeping But overall super excited to.be back.

The church nearby woke us at 6am with music bells and an amplified sermon

The owner was very friendly and helpful. This would be a good little getaway in the hills if you have kids as there is a petting zoo and children's play area.

Food was very good in their own restaurant but the price was little high.

The rooms are compact and clean. The garden and nursery inside the hotel is good. We can just roam around the hotel and do some petty shoping in the evenings. Room service is excellent and the staff is really good. Good for families.

The hotel has their own garden, it's the most beautiful part and they have quotes on all walls which good. They have play area for children. The rooms are good. Staffs are so humble to support us. Food is also good. Please check the weather before you plan, we are stuck in room bcz of continuous rain.

Not at all worth for 4.2k, and that too without the breakfast. 1st of all, I got a different room than what I booked online. The room was size wise ok ok. The bathroom was stinking. wifi was very slow to use. with this wifi speed better to tell, the internet facility is not available, bring your own arrangements. My room was around 3 story below. Climbing up was very difficult road. better keep some facility in down floor also.

Staffs were very helpful and the location is near to the Kodaikanal town area. Theme of the place was nice, You can see lot of quotes which I personally liked. Play area for kids and and garden was very nice.

1. The actual room was much tight and compact. In picture it was very clearly shown 1nos double bed & 1nos single bed but the actual room had only 1nos double bed. Room space was tight could be bigger. 2. Balcony was there and it could have been bigger 3. Overall room space & mis-directional picture vs actual room was the issue rest others were ok

The location of the property is not too far. It gives you enough privacy. The food was quite good. Food could be cheaper by 15%. Staffs were decent

However,i am disappointed with the room size and cost. We paid 8k per night and Suite room was not in the expected size. Ideally it should not cost more than 3k. I am suggesting this cost so that the guest who comes to stay will not get disappointed. Property is big,but the room size is small. Kindly work on the cost part.

We booked superior suite and stayed there for two nights. All staffs were so polite and helpful. Service was good.
