IndiaFood in the restaurant can be better. Dining experience was not that great mainly on taste. We missed the breakfast buffet so no comments on that.
The hotel is in a walkable location to gondola. Rooms are super warm. We visited in snowing time where 4pm temperature is 0 degree. The entire hotel is kept warm from the reception area. We were treated with welcome drinks upon arrival. Neat and comfy rooms. Best views are on the entrance side of the hotel. Staff are good. Couldn't add photos here but I recommend this stay for couples and family.

IndiaToo much expensive for the rate. Much better to book Khyber, its double the rate, but sooo much more better. Buffet breakfast is completely disappointed and had no variery at all. There was a hammering noise, which was stopped after continuous calls.

IndiaI had a few issues with this property- 1. the property was not maintained properly, its definitely not how it looks in the photo 2. the steps to the hotel were broken. no one from the staff helped us unload our luggage and get it to the reception. 3. it was snowing during our stay and there was sleet on the stairs, which was not cleaned and due to which i had a fall down the stairs. 4. i went to the reception and asked for a basic first aid kit, which the manager said the hotel didn’t have. i asked if someone could buy some pain balm and antiseptic from the market, since it was snowing and the manager just said No. we further asked if he could get us a car/sledge for the market, he said it’s difficult to do so. basically he just did not want to help. 5. the most horrifying incident - since it was snowing we decided to stay in. we had pressed the dnd sign on the door, so that no one disturbs us. at 11am approx, someone from house keeping just used the master key and barged into our room and after we yelled, the housekeeping manager just came and said sorry he is new, he didnt know. I don’t think the signs work. it was all in all a horrid experience.

IndiaIt has a good location, just a walking distance from Gandola station. There are few hotels nearby, so , you can easily walk about even when it gets dark. Everyone, right from the front desk staff to the bellboy, everyone are polite , courteous, helpful, friendly. I had traveled with my daughter and the hotel is a safe place to stay . The rooms are good , bathroom is spacious, there’s hot water 24/7. There’s a good heater in the room which runs from 3 pm to 8 pm ( that’s sufficient) . The windows are large. The TV has Tata sky. The views are not so great as there are neighbouring hotels. There’s a large common balcony and sit out. The breakfast was good. Room service, excellent. Overall a very good place. I would recommend it for fellow travellers, and would definitely visit again.

IndiaBad. Not worth of money. 1. They will turn off central heating from 8:30 am to 3:30 PM. Paying 20k per night is not at all worthy for this cheap management 2. Bed sheets are little dark and they don’t seem to be hygiene 3. Monkeys and dogs will disturb throughout the day and management don’t have answer for it 4. They don’t have car access to hotel. Cab will drop us 300 mts away from hotel and we need to walk up the hill 5. Hotel is surrounded by other hotels so there won’t be any good view(like pine valley or mountains) rooms in there
