The property has a miscommunication gap between each other (team). The washroom didn't have light The wifi was not working The room don't even had a single bottle of water. While booking I was told by the staff that I will get parking facility. But when I reach I was told by hotel front desk that they don't have it. So it was quiet a mess

Absolute malfunctioning. They have mentioned to pay at the property. But, once you book, they will immediately call and ask for advance payment. Literally forced me to checkout one day prior to serve other tourists who have probably paid more. In this budget real heritage properties are available within 500m radius.

*Prime Location* it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which felt like sleeping on a cloud! The amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the [mention amenities like the pool, gym, spa, or restaurant]. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed yet peaceful and relaxing.

Everything was hopeless, the basin tap was not working, no flow of water in the commode, poor quality of furniture, room was not ready even at 5 pm, button operated old TV model, no hot water kettle at hill station location hahaha, fearful status of electric wiring, sofa covers were such that you won't dare to sit

unfortunately the hotel room was pathetic 😕, There was dust on the sofa, the Bathroom door did not close properly. The wardrobe was dirty, There was no light since 05.00 PM until we checked out at 10.00 am.

1. A few of the sofas need overhauling. 2. Every floor should have a tea station so that it is easier for room service. 3. The restaurant should open early. 4. The hotel is under-staffed. It seriously needs to employ more staff.

Beautifully located for views, the best part was the view of Kanchenjunga directly from the hotel at sunrise, also it's located in front of Mall Road fountain. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff and those in the restaurant were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is clean, good food as well.
