Nothing to complain

The rooms at the hotel are incredibly clean. While the hotel doesn’t offer food, there’s a good restaurant in the hotel right next door. The owner of the hotel is exceptionally friendly, and we had a great time chatting with him. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the train station, yet it’s completely quiet in the room. We would happily stay here again anytime. The excellent reviews are definitely genuine.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The location was a short walk from the railway station which was very welcome after a long train journey from Mumbai. We had a warm welcome from the owner who was extremely helpful, providing recommendations on where to eat, as well as helping us with our train from Jalgaon to Nagpur. He also helped us get to Ajanta Caves by public transport. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very large and comfortable. The room was very quiet and had a fan and AC. Highly recommended if you're in Jalgaon, a great and very welcoming, safe place to stay that is in a great location.

Its not really a criticism but the hotel lacked Indian style character. I prefer heritage and boutique style hotels. A bit more colour and decoration would have been better.

After a long motorbike journey I arrived tired and the welcome and care by owner was the best. The room was immaculate. The arrangement for food and breakfast at the hotel next door were excellent.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. We were able to check-in early. The room & hotel were clean and bright. The shower had lots of hot water. The owner was very helpful in many ways, including arranging chai/food. He helped us check train tickets, providing names of good restaurants and the local amenities. We highly recommend staying here. We were so grateful we found this hotel.

The Hotel Plaza is the Best accomodation that we had during our 2months+travel in India .Its super clean from the lobby to the room ,to the bathroom.And the bed is very comfy,we had 2 good nights sleep The owner put his effort to manage his hotel,friendly and very helpful ,giving tips on restaurants,bus to take to Ajanta . Great thanks to the owner for the recommedation to a doctor whom my friend needed to seek for advice on his health issue.Very much appreciated!!! Highly recommended to stay at this hotel in Jalgaon if u are on the way to Ajanta or coming from ajanta.

I had an amazing stay here. The host was so friendly! We went beyond what I could expect to make sure O was comfortable. We shared tea together and he really took his time to help answer my questions about plans to go to Ajanta. Don’t hesitate booking here.

Great location a short walk from the station (a kind man showed us the way!). Very nice owner (if a little verbose 😂) and wow was it clean! We had a simple but fine room with hot shower - what more do you need? Dinner next door and breakfast brought to our room in the morning.

Nothing except non existent wifi in rooms and poor phone signal so on-line research had to be conducted in the lobby. However, it's such a pleasant lobby we whiled away a few happy hours here.

Honestly, a real breath of fresh air and a gem of a hotel. It's family-run - and it shows. Sparkling clean, classy contemporary minimalist decor and thoughtfully designed rooms/bathrooms. Quality bedding (real wool blankets). Cool, sound proofed rooms with high powered fans so didn't need AC despite 33 degree heat. Easy walk straight down Station Road & close to good local eateries/ice cream shops...plus some shopping in town. The owner is incredibly helpful & gave us information on all things Jalgaon and onwards transport the Ajanta caves. We couldn't have had a kinder host... thank you.

Nothing to dislike. It would have been good to have a kettle for hot drinks in the room, although Chhatrason was happy to fill my flask.

The owner, Chhatrason was extremely helpful with all of my inquiries and with offering travel/local information. The cool and clean atmosphere that greats one when entering the hotel is peaceful tonic. Room and bathroom nicely redecorated/renovated. I would happily stay at Hotel Plaza again.

I really don't have any negative thoughts / ideas.

I was on a 3 day business trip to Jalgaon. I needed a clean, easy accessible base and Hotel Plaza provided that. Although spartan, the room was clean - cleaning every day, with fresh bedding, towels and soap/shampoo. No problem was to big for the owner and I felt right at home! I arrived on a national holiday where all businesses was closed. I had some shirts that urgently needed ironing for my meetings. The owner arranged this and within 30 min I had ironed shirts at no extra cost! The owner is very friendly and helpfull, always ready with good advice.

Exceptionally modern, clean and tastefully kept Hotel in an historic building with a smart restaurant next door. Hotel is well located in Jalgaon near train station to visit UNESCO listed Ajanta Caves.

Wifi is not available in the room.

City centre. Restaurants are close by. Friendly and helpful owner. A trip to Ajanta caves is almost a must, when you are here.
