Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe hotel management policy is not at all satisfactory. They have a very confusing payment policy. I made online payment before arrival but didn't confirmed by the hotel management. Also they claimed the entire payment initially. They charged higher amount for half day staying. Also respoding time of the reception satff were too long.
Dining Room experience was fairly good. Restaurant staff had very polite behavior.

IndiaReceptionist asked so many questions about my stay alone in hotel. I don't understand, in which century I'm living. I had dharshan tickets and travel tickets with all of my ID proofs. Untill she saw me with shaved head, so many doubts on me..very worst presumption on ladies who are all travelling alone for work and personal.
