We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Good location, 3 min walk to the Metro at Karol Bagh, safe area, as a western solo female I felt safe. I arrived very early morning around 7am and the staff kindly allowed me to check in though it was many hours before check-in time, I really appreciated that. Reasonable price for a clean and safe 2 star stay in Delhi and close to public transport to get around on the metro

MalaysiaI hv booked 4 rooms 2 mths before my trip and requested all rooms to be given at the same floor. Despite tht the staff at the reception gave us rooms on different floors as we didnt request for it.. He gv 2 rooms on 1st floor and 2 on second floor. He told us we will be given rooms on the 2nd floor next day. He didnt read the request that i hv given earlier. I had to show him as to prove tht i hv requested the rooms to be at the same floor. The rooms given at the 1st floor was not comfortable and surely not value 4 money. Why do we input our requests when it is not important and not fulfilled?
Rooms at 2nd floor is comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Food at the hotel is tasty and great! Hotel location is near the market.

United Kingdomdark dirty windowless rooms. if you wanted hot water out with morning you had to give the reception 30 minutes to switch it on! I was in room 101 and the noise from reception and slamming doors was rediculous.
