They accommodated my request early check in which was really helpful.facilites are bit noisy but you would probably expect it in Delhi surrounding. The room I stayed in could do with a little paint touch up to freshen up. Close by to big shopping centre and metro station Also at my check out I managed to forget some personal bits in the room and they have kindly arranged a postage to my next location which I'm extremely grateful for.

Every thing was good

Clean and comfortable. I had an early morning check in at 3 am and they accommodated me. Bedchambers Saket is a short walk ithe metro station on the yellow line which was very convenient.

Some rooms are very small and luggage doesn't fit in the cupboards. In our room you could hear noise from the lobby area.

The room I was given was outside of the building just beside the compound and having separate door just beside entrance gate from the platform which caused heavy noise from the road just outside whole day and night that caused lot of disturbance to sleep. The kitchen is too small and always the staff are sleeping inside the kitchen area and it doesn't feel comfortable to use kitchen which is inside the building. It's inconvenient for the room that is outside. There was no hot water. The geyser was turned on and even after waiting for long, the hot water just comes for few seconds and then cold water comes out. The weather was too cold during my visit and that caused lot of problem for me.

The ambience was good though the room is very small. It's clean and tidy though.

I had a terrible experience in this property. Rooms are on the street so the traffic on the str can’t let you sleep. First room had the fan of the toilet of next room in my wardrobe so all the smell was coming into my room . They offer to move me in an other room that was full of mud humidity with no window and basic cleaning. Very expensive for this quality.

The property is right next to a busy main road, so if you’re in an outer room, it can be extremely noisy with constant traffic. Sleeping comfortably is a challenge due to this. The bed was also an issue, making creaking noises whenever I moved. It needs some maintenance—tightening screws or fixing its frame would help. However, the most concerning issue was the safety hazard. There were exposed wires in the room, and I even experienced an electric shock. This was unacceptable and dangerous. I will be sharing photos to show the condition, as it’s crucial for others to be aware. I hope the management addresses these problems promptly.

The location is fantastic. it's close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city, and there are shopping malls within walking distance, which is very convenient. The staff was quite accommodating. While I noticed that some amenities were missing in the room initially, they promptly provided everything we requested
