We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWELL THE BREAKFAST TIME WAS 8.00 AM, THEY DIDNT MAINTAIN THE TIME AND WHEN WE REACHED THE RESTAURANT, BREAKFAST WASNT READY AT THAT TIME. SINCE WE ARE GETTING LATE, WE EAT THE POHA AND BHATURE AFTER WAITING FOR HALF AN HOUR. THE STAFF NAMED POMPY TRIED HARD TO GET US BREAKFAST AT THE EARLIEST. HOTEL SHOULD ENSURE THAT THEY SHOULD SERVE THE BREAKFAST ON TIME. HOTEL SHOULD ALSO ENSURE THAT FOGGING SHOULD BE DONE REGULARLY TO AVOID MOSQUITOES.
HOTEL WAS RECENTLY CONSTRUCTED, ROOM ARE VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. STAFF ARE GOOD AND PROVIDING ALL SERVICES.
