The rooms seemed much bigger on the pictures - also the ones in the lowest categories. The pricing policies are very weird as the fares went up and down in the weeks before our arrival. So I even cancelled it once to book again. Yield management seems to be very complicated in Delhi, so the hoteliers offer different prices all the time for the same date.

I did a lot of research before our airport stopover and I think this hotel was a very good choice. It's of course further away from the airport, but also much cheaper than the options in Aerocity. Check-in staff was lovely and we were impressed also by the breakfast buffet. The pool is certainly one of the best around the airport.

The room size was really small. We had a tough time managing 4 big and 2 small suitcases for 5 days. Wish it were bigger. Plus the bathroom had issues. Also, I wish the front desk staff would have been more communicative and helpful when I lost my car keys. I wish they have given me the option (when I talked to them over phone about it) to collect it from airport, instead of me coming back to the hotel again to collect it (for which I almost missed my flight). But there was one tall gentleman (I didn't get his name but he seemed to be an experienced staff) who really helped me in getting my key back.

The breakfast was truly amazing. Breakfast staff was great too.

Plenty of stuff to not like about this property. Washroom door was rusty, shower head was not working properly. Washroom wall was not cleaned.only 1 bathrobe and slipper was provided while booking was made for couple. In short no where in the room it feels like it was 5 star hotel. I think this property should be down graded to 4 star

The check in was very comfortable . There were lot of marriages and chaos when we arrived, but staff at reception specially Ms Khushi she walked extra mile not only to make us comfortable but took care of our luggage and manage to arrange everything just the way we wanted . She provided excellent customer service and was attentive to our needs, even caring for our child.

Staff at the main restaurant where buffet is served were too much burdened with orders hence they aren’t able to proved proper attention to all.

The service at one of the restaurants was not up to the standard of the hotel; food was good, however they took a long time to bring drinks (there were not many guests at that time), and they brought the wrong drink; this would normally not be an issue, however, the main pain point was that we asked if it was only buffet or also a la carte; when we opted for a la carte, we got some interesting answers that were meant to discourage us and go for buffet; on the second day, when asking if we could get the menu, the answer was "yes, you can go to the buffet and look at what's available". I would add that if the buffet is the only option available, you should state it from the very beginning. In a normal setting, I would not make a fuss about any of this, but I don't believe this is up to the standard of the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a great decor and ambiance; rooms are nice and have everything you need to have a luxurious stay; breakfast was very good with a good variety; the staff was almost perfect, some people were very attentive and supportive (one of the receptionists brought me some chocolates after I mentioned I was tired due to an early start - that was lovely!). When trying to find a free plug to charge my laptop and work from the lobby, the concierge staff let me use their station, which was really nice of them. Pool also looks lovely and was a good experience, early in the morning, to spend some time there.

The goodies like chocolates and mini bar were charged from me and there was no prior information that they would be chargeable. The price list wasn't there initially but was put there later when they did the room decor. We also wanted to check out post 2 but were not allowed even when we had checked in late around 3

Staff was highly hospitable. Especially Mehek and her team who made every effort to make the night special for my girlfriend. The room decor and cake were pretty superb..

I ordered in-room dining from the Menu, everything was good except the Tariwala chicken. The quantity of the food was not worth it as well.

Bathroom, Specially bathtub. There is no handle or support in the bathtub. And there is only one hook for the cloth hanger .

It's a very comfortable property. The staff is humble and supportive. There is a huge Buffet breakfast and dinner.
