The rooms were large with comfortable beds and bedding. The bathtub is a major plus. Loved the gym facilities as well as the steam room and sauna and pool. The food is incredible and the breakfast selection is amazing.

My 1st room was used one. The strange thing is everything was in place (towels etc), only one bed was ooccupied with used napkins. The reception changed the room. The room was cleaned but loud music came from ongoing party in swimming pool area. Reception promissed it will finish at 08.00pm. I didnt mind because had no plan to sleep at that time - we've gone for dinner. But when we back around 10.00pm the music still was on and stopped after my call to reception. Thank you for prompt reaction. Btw, there were renovation of building is ongoing and the rooms' with street view windows were temporarily covered - so no view. I was lucky to have a swimming pool view ;-)

We had 10 hrs between flights and since we arrived at evening and were tired decided stay close to airport. This hotel is located in Aerocity, in 5 min drive distance from airport. The lobby is very nice, I like it how they mixed authentic with modern style. Staff is helpfull and friendly. I've gotten a room with nice pool view. Rooms have good size, are clean and modern. Breakfast is very good: so many varieties of food from different cuisines. In general about Aerocity. We walked around Aerocity at the 07.00AM, all hotels have own security service and we walked through gallery even shops were closed at that time. For sure that is good idea to build safe and good hotels infrastructure close to airport. Next time I wouldnt upset by thinking where to stay overnight in Delhi between flights.

The staff is not as patient as one would hope to be. The bathroom in the room is not at all a private zone if one lies in the bed and the other one is in the bathroom meanwhile.

A beautiful hotel close to the airport, makes it very convenient if you want to have a short stay before departure. Decent staff who helps you with what is needed.

The hotel is lovely and the amenities were great. If aerocity is what you need it's a perfect stay. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing something close to the airport with the comforts of a big buffet style eating experience, cafes and other food options, spa services, cozy, nicely sized room with a lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and access to some shopping nearby.

Food in the restaurants was expensive as we're drinks. The Pullman is attached to the Novotel which shares some facilities - but not lift access -all cery confusing

Close to airport. Lovely clean and large room. Excellent breakfast - probably the best ever ! Great pool.

Airport pickup and drop expensive than other near by hotels, so used own transporation.

Very expensive. No character, the hotel could be anywhere in the world. A large business conference was going on, which perhaps explained the extremely high room rates when we stayed. Should have tried the linked Novotel in same building. Doesn't have a pool, but we didn't use the pool in the Pullman. Same hotel chain (Accor) but probably cheaper and just as close to the airport. Restaurants were mostly buffet, which we try to avoid. Good cafe though. We had a tea by the pool and it took 30 mins to come and then was not what we ordered. No free shuttle to airport even though it is an airport hotel. 1800 rupees for hotel car. Takes 15 mins. Room was ultra modern, with bathroom area completely made of glass which carries sound. Not the best idea when you are on the loo. Everything was of the highest quality, but just lacked any soul. Room, food and drinks were all London prices rather than Delhi. Would not stay again.

A luxurious modern hotel close to the airport. Handy if you have a flight early the next day, but otherwise you can find 5 star hotels with much more character, closer to the city and much cheaper.

The price is a bit steep!

Great location near the airport, good breakfast options, great rooms and good service too! Executive lounge had cocktail hours with a good liquor and food selection. The property is very well maintained.
