Good hotel, good restaurant, good cook. Besides the Indian breakfast food, they specifically made omlettes for me each morning. This was my 10th journey to India, my shortest and my first in 20yrs so I wanted it to be smooth & easy. I initially booked the BEEBIZ to be close to the airport on my late-night arrival. With the BEEBIZ being a bit out of town I initially thought after a few days I would move to a more centrally located hotel. On my third day I tried the Metro (A/C subway, the Little Mount Station was only 100 yards away from the BEEBIZ) and for only 30rs took it into town right to where I wanted to go. After that I decided to stay the rest of my time at the BEEBIZ (with the good food, good bed, 4 big pillows, etc) and take the Metro each day to where I wanted to go and not have to haggle all the time with taxis, etc., saved money and made the trip easy.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is connected to the airport by metro and many buses ply on the road in front of the hotel. The breakfast was super. A typical South Indian Breakfast prepared with care along with breads and cornflakes were available.

IndiaThe rooms looked very old. Poor maintenance and floor cover plaster was brocken at many a places. Window curtains of the room allotted to initially was not opening and the TV set top box was dysfunctional. So I asked to change the room and the new one was on the top floor. There things are better but at sleep ceiling produced a lot of sound, may be from the running rats living there. However the staff were very polite. The breakfast was average though some of the idlis were half baked only.
The staff was very receptive and cordial. Hot water was available always. Food was also okay

IndiaThere should be 2 locking systems on the room door. There is just the knob lock which can be opened from outside with a key. Nothing bad happened to me, the staff were really nice. but subconsciously you’ll be scared. There should be atleast another latch that can’t be opened from outside with a key. Also my bathroom lock was broken both from inside and outside. But since I was alone I didn’t mind it

IndiaRate shown in the web portal of Booking Com not matching as in practice Hotel is charging per day much more Rental along with Commission Taxes etc. FOOD is good but price is much. As per Govt notification published in different Newspapers, Rate of Packeged drinking water bottle must be sold at the printed price, whereas hotel is selling by adding 33% extra, which I hv mentioned but not addressed. Calculation process of Food bill is also not at all correct. Food bill should be countersigned by the guest immediately after serving.
