We had such a lovely stay here! Shivani was so welcoming to us and we really enjoyed doing the cooking class with her. We had to leave early on our final morning and we were even given packed breakfast to take with us which was very kind.

Room was a little cold but it was cooler outside at night. We were provided with a heater to help warm the room which helped.

Very homely, staff were very attentive. Shivani went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast had variety with different options each day of our stay - the homemade rose jam was a regular favourite though! We enjoyed the cooking class and learnt a lot about Rajasthani cuisine. Overall, the stay was very relaxing and felt safe and peaceful. It was a great place to enjoy our time in the beautiful town of Pushkar.

Only one thing. Booking reservation tells is posible paying by card, but not true. I insisted and told about reservation rules . They said machine was broken, That is a stupid excuse.

All perfect. Nice place. Good breakfast

This was the best homestay we have stayed in our 4 weeks of travel in India. The hosts thought of everything, from a heater, tea and coffee, and plenty of toilet paper! The hot shower was the best we have had in India, and the breakfast that was provided totally exceeded our expectations. There was cereal, muesli, yummy buns, lassi, yoghurt, and plenty of chai! The host family was very caring and when we arrived a little unwell, the man popped out to the shops to get us some bread as we didnt feel like eating much. If you are feeling like a bit of luxury for a budget price then dont hesitate to book!

Wonderful! We loved our private Terrasse, the clean and comfortable room with a fridge and kettle and the high standard bathroom! It was more than we expected, the staff was very attentive and friendly and we'd come back anytime. The location is a bit off the market street, therefore it's calm and quiet at night and in 5 min by foot you'll be anywhere you want.

The hot water in the shower gets lukewarm very fast, so you have to shower quickly - but I think this has more to do with India than with the accommodation itself

This was our best stay in India, everything was PERFECT! Shivani is a great host, everything she cooks is just delicious. The breakfast and dinners are plentiful, the best food we had in India. We also received many water bottles every day, which is super convenient. Location of the home stay is great, in a quieter street within walking distance from the center. The cooking class was also a nice experience. Shivani is always open to chat and share her knowledge and experience about India. Little bonus : there was even a mini-fridge in the bedroom! Thank you for everything!

Shivani and her partner were lovely hosts. They provide a nice spread for breakfast. The room was comfortable and as described. We recommend this place for couples travelling to Pushkar. Shivani also surprised us with a nice packed breakfast on leaving since we had an early train. We felt very welcome here throughout our stay

    Everything is perfect.

It's like home. Shivani is a caring host, always there to help whenever I need anything. Home-cooked meals are so tasty. I had dinner at the homestay every day during my 3 days in Pushkar, and there was always something different. I really enjoyed the conversation with Shivani at dinner every day. We talked about the place, culture and what's happening in town, just like a relaxing dinner time chat at home. The cooking class is informative and so much fun, not to be missed for anyone interested in Indian food. The place is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We did not like when we had to leave:)

This is an outstanding place to stay! The room was large, clean and ideal! The food is exceptional and we ate most meals here and also did the most wonderful cooking class! It’s a gem of a place and the staff are so warm, welcoming, inviting and enjoyable. We also had a very special Diwali ceremony and was so kind of the owners to include us, we will remember forever. Our favourite stay on our trip to India. Easy walking to anything.

It can get a little noisy at night, because there are some partys closeby. But we were fine using earplugs.

The rooms was spacious, well equipped and super clean! We even had a fridge and a water kettle to prepare some tea or coffee. Shivani and her family are super hospitable and friendly. The homemade food was very delicious. Best accomodation we had on our trip in India so far!

A true gem in Pushkar! Wonderful clean rooms with airconditioning, fan, hot water and tea/coffee making facilities. Handy communal space to relax. Great WiFi. Shivani and her lovely staff were so accommodating, we really appreciated their generosity especially leaving our bags after checkout. You absolutely must do Shivani’s cooking class! It was so well organised and so much fun and we made delicious meals to remember for life. At the very least you must try Shivanis cooking - her Paratha’s were incredible and the rose jam at breakfast is a really special flavour. We recommend to all and would love to stay here again.

Pushkar Cooking Art and Home Stay is a gem. It is close to the lake, the market and all the action in Pushkar, but it's on a side road, so you don't hear the honking. The hosts are lovely people who are really knowledgeable, speak excellent English, cook the best Indian food and keep the place really clean. We had dinner at the home stay every day, because the food is superb, the portions are generous, and everything is clean. It's like an oasis in the noise and quagmire (lit. and fig.) of India. We actually extended our stay here with three days, which we have never done before. I highly recommend this place because it's a great value for money, the room is comfortable, they provide complimentary items, and again...the food is awesome. Our kids also loved staying and playing here, and it's a great place to meet fellow travelers. The hosts will provide you with all the necessary information about transport, sights, etc. Ah yes, I nearly forgot: THEY LITERALLY SHOWERED US WITH ROSE PETALS when we left. Thank you Shivani et al, my kids miss you and Pushkar :)
