A bit awkward to get to the main touristy area, as this is the opposite side of the airport, and the metro lines are only half constructed as of March 2024. This hotel is still being renovated inside so there was some hammering noises etc during the daytime.

It was very close to a metro station, and not too far from the airport.

They tried to put me in a smoking room. Charged more than booking.com rates - so better to pay through the website than direct to hotel. Local taxi's do not understand the name, and it is not well known.

We booked double bed, but then they gave us two single bed. The rooms had pungent smell, restaurants need improvement in terms of food quality

we are very angry with a reception manager : 11 pm, we didn’t sleep night in the road and our 1.8 daughter was crazily tired, she cried as wanted to sleep a lot. we were exhausted. And it was very annoying and unprofessional from that guy after payment and discussing all details to force us to look for a second visa, although staying in any hotels is enough for one person, and we have provided all the documents from one of us. So, the impression of this incident is so unpleasant, his mistake as a tourist representative was so rude, that we will neither come again ourselves nor recommend it to our friends. The rest of the staff are great, thank you for your hospitality.

*The chanting and the agarbatti at the lobby are a big put off... why is it inflicted on the guests???? Do it in the office, but not in a public space. *The practise of having to fill in the register by the guest is extremely outdated and the receptionist insisted it had to be done in my handwriting, even after the reg card was printed out and my wife and I signed the reg card. An absolute waste of time and extremely irritating process. *The room cleaning left a lot to be desired... housekeeping needs to be much better *TV channels provided were only the free channels... as a result, we could not match any English movie on the regular channels. * A Hot water electric flask was in the room but without any tea/coffee/sugar sachets. When I asked for sachets, I was told they do not provide this, so I had to go out and buy Coffee powder and then order cups, to have my morning coffee

Just had a 2 small watcher bottles of local companies and after that they water was chargeable. Even they denied any extra towel. They were not ready to delay checkout for 1 hr. Even I was surprised that they had asked. 30 re for dental kit. I thought the bed is one but it was two twin bed combined and joined as one. Sleep got disturbed. I had checked in at 4 pm too late I was expecting them to at-least give me or have a good approach of denying. I was dicy first but than thought to give it a shot and later regretted. Even they had an kettle cup but only had 2 green tea.

Property was good, room was spacious.

The room was very unhygienic, with dirt on the floor,disposed stuff under the bed and stains on the table. AC seemed to be old and dirty. No handwash available in the washroom. Rooms are ill-maintained. I would personally never visit this place again. The management needs to take responsibility since they are charging a hefty amount for the stay.

THE ROOM WAS FILLED WITH COCKROACHES, THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, FOR AN INSTANT I HAD TO WAIT FOR 1 HOUR JUST FOR A TOILET PAPER ROLL. AND FOR EVERYTHING I HAD TO CALL ATLEAST 3-4 TIMES TO THE RECEPTION AND ROOM SERVICE. THE BREAKFAST WAS SO BAD THAT I ONLY ATE FOR THE FIRST DAY AND LEFT IT FOR THE REST OF THE TIME OF MY STAY. THE COCKROACHES WERE SO MANY THAT THEY WERE IN EVERY CORNER OF THE ROOM. AND AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I PROMISED MYSELF NEXT TIME I TRAVEL I WILL STAY ON STREETS IF THERE ARE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE I WILL SLEEP ON THE STREETS BUT NOT STAY IN THIS PATHETIC HOTEL. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, YOU WILL REGRET AND IT WILL LEAVE A SCAR ON YOU FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

We stayed here for a night on a last minute trip to Mumbai and had booked 2 rooms on booking.com. The person at the reception who checked us in was unfriendly, unprofessional and simply rude. He simply turned down our request for adjacent rooms. The hotel is old and dingy, on the decline with peeling wallpaper and musty corridors. Our rooms were tiny, the walls were chipped in several places with the pain peeling off in large spots. The rooms were not super clean and reeked of strong toilet disinfectant. We even spotted tiny cockroaches in the bathroom, urgh! The wifi did not work, but the AC did. A special call out to the hotel staff who helped move our luggage- they were the only friendly folks we encountered in this place. I'd recommend anyone reading this to stay away from this hotel, I honestly do not understand the high ratings and HAF they might be rigged. Needless to say, the only saving grace for this hotel is its prime location, please consider other options before you book your stay here.

Located ~20 mins away from the Mumbai international Airport and with a 8 min walk to the Saki Naka Metro station, the location is unbeatable.

The room was avarage. They did not provide hot water jug and tea coffee pre mixeses and their dine in service doesnt open untill 8.00 AM. So if you are a morning person or prefer to have tea coffee first thing then this is not the place for you. Also of you travel for food, its a clear No No. Their breakfast has just 2 items cooked ones, so if you like to eat good and heavy breakfast then this is not the place for you.
