IndiaThe rooms did not have glasses to drink water. No toiletries in the bath room. Soap dispenser not working, No paste, brush, comb, face towels kept on arrival. Corridor has no AC. Lift does not have or AC. Asked 50 % money before check in as against payment on arrival or check out.
Break fast was not available due to delayed start 8 am. despite request for early time 7.30 it was not there. It is not a practice to start BF at 8 am in any hotel chains. It needs to be revised

IndiaAmenities could be better, like bathtub, it is not convenient to step into the bathtub each time as it's slippery and getting into it for a simple task as washing your feet or taking bath needs caution. Bathroom doesn't dry at all, unless cleaned, drying option is not good. The bathtub tab was not maintained it kept coming off each time and since it's metal can cause injury to feet. This was informed to the staff, but no action taken.
Location was good, ease to commute to the railway station. Plenty of eateries and basic needs available within walking distance. Aesthetics was good.

Walls had water seepage marks, Pillow covers had stains , very minimal toiletries, shampoo and hand wash bottles were empty and just filled to be used for 1 or 2 days. IndiaThe breakfast were with too limited options. Not enough staffs were available in the restaurant when we tried to get lunch. Too much of waiting period and we went out finally.
The location of the hotel is really good with lot many food options nearby. Spacious rooms and bath rooms. Enough power points and clean room. The housekeeping staff were really good (I forgot his name, but the one who served us on 2nd floor from Feb 8th to 10th is worth mentioning).

IndiaIt would greatly enhance the guest experience if the hotel could proactively inform guests about breakfast timings via a morning call. Additionally, our visit at 10:15 AM revealed empty bowls and despite staff presence, no effort was made to replenish or organize the breakfast area. We also had an unfortunate encounter with the Housekeeping staff when requesting a change of toilet paper. Their argument centered around the wastefulness of discarding partially used paper left by the previous customer. However, I firmly believe that prioritizing hygiene should be of utmost importance in this establishment.
The hotel enjoys a prime location, providing easy accessibility to all major areas.

IndiaThe hotel is under renovation and it's misleading information as rooms are slightly ok but the lift, passage was terrible. If it wasn't a tiring day, would have had to shift to some other location. Also the room was fully smelling of smoke. Had no choice but stay as it was for just 1 night. Highly recommend you to let customers know reality as have lost confidence in Treebo property now. It's a very old hotel. Breakfast is very mediocre. Had just idli and some breads but no eggs/ omlet etc. Surely something to work on.
