IndiaRooms not clean, bedsheets & towels with stains. Walls untidy, need to be painted. Bathroom lock broken, mainly can be closed from inside but cannot be kept closed from outside the door keeps swinging since the lock is not there to be kept hold of the door. Despite the price, cleanliness and maintanence is mainly required. Restaurant with few listed items, tastes average. I hope the management takes this as a serious concern and maintains the rooms properly.

IndiaExtremely poor customer service, your basic amenities are missing like refreshments, i.e. tea coffee, sugar, dental kit, etc., even after notifying the staff the service is very poor. The restaurant food was simply average.

United Arab EmiratesThe bathroom was not clean and cockroaches were roaming around. The toilet seat was dirty and moss and dirt. The pipes were all rusty. Kettle was given but no provisions like tea bags, etc. Iron was not available and had to ask. There was no wi-fi available for all the three days of our stay. For hot water, one had to waste five buckets till hot water did appear through the taps.
The breakfast was not ready till 8.30 a.m. and we had to wait. Since we were in a hurry and could not wait, we could not wait for the staff to bring dishes without any spoons, forks, etc. There was not even Tea or Coffee that we could while waiting for the breakfast to arrive. We had our breakfast at 11.00 a.m. after we finished our programme.

IndiaWe reached the hotel and entered inside to the reception and could feel dampness smell and could not stand for 5 minutes, we were getting breathing problem and they showed us 4 rooms and all are soaked with water and dampness and looks like not cleaned for years dust and dampness, no one can stay in that hotel, zero maintenance for some years. MalaysiaThe reception till the room were very bad maintain. The reception no aircond, our room were not clean, toilets are horrible, no proper lightings in room and toilet. We asked the Maintenance to repair it but he just answered not possible to do. Coffee Shop no aircond....very hot during our breakfast time. This hotel basically not properly maintain it's service and cleanliness compared to 3 years ago when I stay there.
The only thing I like about this hotel is that the location is near to Annai Velangkani Church.
